About Brico

Brico is setting the new standard in financial licensing—removing barriers to innovation while raising the bar on regulatory excellence. We’re building the first AI-native platform designed to help fintechs apply for and maintain complex financial licenses—like money transmitter and lending licenses—across all 50 states.

Until now, this process has been painfully manual and expensive, dominated by consultants billing by the hour. Brico changes that. Our platform automates the most repetitive and error-prone parts of licensing using smart data mapping, intelligent workflows, and purpose-built infrastructure. What can’t be automated is handled by our exceptional in-house team of licensing experts.

The result? Customers say Brico makes license applications 5x faster and reduces ongoing license maintenance work by 75%.

Brico has been named one of Forbes’ Top 50 Fintechs, recognized alongside industry giants like Stripe and Chime—all while at the Seed stage. We’re growing fast and our GTM team is pouring gasoline on an already-burning fire. If you’re excited about reshaping the regulatory landscape for financial services, we’d love to meet you.

About the Role

Brico is hiring the second member of our GTM team. If you love rolling up your sleeves, experimenting across sales and marketing, and building systems from the ground up, you’ll thrive here. This is a true builder role. You’ll be wearing sales, marketing, ops, and strategy hats, all while helping define our GTM playbook from scratch.

What You’ll Do
  • Be a thought partner on all things GTM—from pricing to positioning to pitch, working closely with the Head of GTM and CEO

  • Refine our ICP and continuously iterate on our marketing strategy/channels based on market feedback

  • Test paid marketing campaigns to identify scalable acquisition channels

  • Help drive our content marketing strategy, including blog, email, and social

  • Organize events, both virtual and in-person, to grow awareness and drive pipeline

  • Strategize on increasing sales velocity

  • Evaluate, implement and optimize GTM tools, including Hubspot, to scale our efforts and build the right tech stack

  • Build prospect lists and run outbound tests to inform our broader sales motion

  • Create and optimize sales collateral that converts

  • Research GTM best practices from top SaaS and fintech companies

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (prod-eng, compliance, ops) to ensure GTM and client success are tightly aligned

You Might Be a Fit If You…
  • Have 5-10 years of experience in marketing experience at a B2B startup

  • Are obsessed with experimentation, testing, and iteration

  • Grit is your middle name—you know how to do a lot with a little

  • Are a strong communicator and writer who’s comfortable creating materials that inspire action

  • Think like an operator: You don’t just have ideas, you implement them (and use AI whenever possible to drive efficiency)

  • Thrive in ambiguity and want a front-row seat to how a high-growth startup is built

  • Are hungry to learn and grow fast—and love collaborating across functions

  • Design skills is a plus

  • Prior fintech experience is a plus

Why Join Brico Now?
  • Work alongside a small, elite team tackling one of fintech’s thorniest problems

  • Be part of a company with real traction—early-stage growth with massive market pull

  • Own huge pieces of the GTM function and help define our playbook

  • Join a Forbes Top 50 Fintech, pre-Series A

  • Make your mark early and grow as the company grows

Let’s build the future of regtech—together.
