This is a remote position.

  • Own and execute Rayda's growth strategy across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and expansion.
  • Design, prioritise and run end-to end growth experiments to identify scalable growth opportunities.
  • Optimise onboarding, product activation, usage and free to paid conversion.
  • Analyse product and user behaviour data using tools such as PostHog to identify growth opportunities and friction points.
  • Develop and optimise lifecycle campaigns, in product nudges and upgrade journeys using tools such as Customer.io.
  • Test acquisition and growth channels and scale initiatives that demonstrate measurable impact.
  • Establish and track key growth metrics, including activation, conversion, retention, usage and expansion.
  • Build a repeatable library of growth experiments, insights and proven growth levers.
  • Work closely with Product, Data and Commercial teams to translate insights into growth initiatives.
  • Continuously identify, test and implement opportunities to improve Rayda's product led growth and revenue performance.


  • Requirements
  • 4–7 years of experience in growth, product growth or a related role, preferably within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience designing and executing growth experiments end to end.
  • Hands on experience with onboarding, activation, conversion and product adoption.
  • Experience with self serve or freemium SaaS growth models.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to independently analyse product funnels and user behaviour.
  • Experience with PostHog and Customer.io or comparable tools.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, experimentation and conversion optimisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Product, Data and Commercial teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking, ownership and execution skills.
