Position Overview:

Join N1 as our Growth Lead where you'll play a vital role in leading our global growth initiatives. As part of the Growth team, you'll work closely with our executives and team members to expand N1's ecosystem of developers, users, and institutional partners. Your responsibilities will span from identifying and cultivating strong partnerships to constructing efficient growth pipelines and funnels. Moreover, you'll leverage your analytical skills to conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor strategies, all aimed at uncovering new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in growth, business development, sales, finance, or venture capital, preferably in the blockchain or financial technology industry

  • Based in New York City

  • Strong understanding of blockchain systems, and financial systems

  • Experience building and scaling growth teams

  • Experience structuring complex high-value partnerships involving multiple stakeholders in an authentic and responsible manner

  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
