Most of what Go-to Market teams do all day isn't selling. It's research, list-building, follow-ups, and data entry — work that should never have been a human job in the first place.
We're building a system of AI workers that own GTM execution end-to-end. Alice creates demand, and Julian captures it. They take the busywork off the table so GTM teams can can do what they do best: building relationships and closing deals.
Backed by $75M+ from a16z and Benchmark, headquartered in San Francisco, and trusted by Checkr, Xerox, Sage, and Armanino. We're hiring ambitious people who want to define how the next generation of companies accelerate growth.
The role This is a role for someone who's hands-on and technical enough to build their own way out of a problem. You've run paid campaigns and own the numbers. You've also built landing pages yourself, written scripts to automate the boring parts of the job, and stitched tools together to get a campaign live without waiting on engineering or design.
You'll run growth experiments across every channel that matters. Paid is the biggest line item, but the role covers SEO, lifecycle, organic social, partnerships, and one-off plays worth testing. You read the data, cut what isn't working, and put more behind what is.
- The next channel — find it before competitors, prove it with a clean test, scale it if it works.
- Experimentation across channels — SEO plays, lifecycle, referral loops, partner motions, viral hooks. Anything that compounds.
- Paid acquisition — LinkedIn, Meta, Google, programmatic, emerging platforms. You run them, you tune them, you read the numbers honestly.
- Build, don't brief — landing pages, microsites, tools, lead magnets, internal scripts. You use Cursor, v0, Replit, Claude — whatever it takes to ship without a queue.
- Measurement — dashboards, attribution, weekly readouts. If we can't measure it, we're not running it.
- 4–7 years in growth, performance marketing, or a hybrid growth/engineering role at a high-velocity company
- Hands-on paid acquisition chops — you've shipped campaigns and own the numbers, not just observed them
- A builder's instinct. You vibe-code landing pages, automate workflows, and stitch APIs together when the situation calls for it. SQL is second nature. Python or JS when needed.
- Comfortable across the full growth surface — paid, organic, lifecycle, product-led — with a clear lean toward performance
- High agency, low ego, fast metabolism for feedback. You'd rather ship rough and iterate than wait for perfect.
Bonus points
- Marketed to revenue or sales leaders before
- Strong hand with AI tooling — you don't just talk about leverage, you've built workflows that prove it
- Background as a founder, early growth hire, or full-stack marketer at a sub-50-person company
