The ideal candidate is equally comfortable launching new acquisition tests, tightening lifecycle programs, standing up new workflows, and partnering cross-functionally.

This role is based in Oakland, CA and reports to our Co-Founder / Growth Lead. To deliver exceptional results, you’ll be in-office regularly and embedded with cross-functional teams.

  • Create network effects by scaling hyperlocal or community-driven tactics across markets

2. Build email as a growth channel

You’ll turn lifecycle comms into a core growth lever, by designing new programs to generate 25-50 new onboarding visits monthly. This includes 1)generating net new MQLs, 2)creating more onboarding visits from those MQLs and 3)keeping those onboarding visits on the books.

Programs you own include:

  • Outbound sales testing

  • MQL nurture and conversion programs

  • Visit reschedule and recovery flows

  • Ambassador and referral communications

  • Churn win-back flows

3. Strengthen Growth Tooling & Operational Efficiency

You make growth easier to run and scale, by building repeatable systems. Save yourself time that you can redeploy to higher impact activities.

  • Implement new automations and AI workflows that improve your efficiency by 50%

  • Build and improve lifecycle automations across email, SMS and call platforms

  • Document and playbook your workflows, lead the team in adopting new practices

Operator Mentality: You’re comfortable getting into tools, dashboards, workflows, and data yourself.

AI-First Builder: You actively use AI daily to increase leverage and efficiency. You’re instinct is to ask “How can this be systemized?”

  • Exposure to sales processes, funnel optimization, or conversion strategy

  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations

  • Strong ability to analyze data and self-serve insights
