The role?
A Growth Manager drives revenue retention and growth by identifying and executing the highest-impact opportunities across the assigned portfolio of business through growth and product adoption. At the account level, this translates to creating a growth plan, effective progress communication using operational excellence through forecasting and pipeline management. 

They leverage data-driven insights to build consultative, strategic partnerships across client organizations, prioritize initiatives, and measure what truly moves the business through QBRs and ongoing performance reviews. 

Internally, they cultivate strong cross-functional relationships to align teams, remove blockers, and ensure growth strategies are executed with precision and impact.

What will you do?

A. Revenue Retention & Growth: Drive sustainable revenue by growing accounts, preventing churn, and uncovering opportunities that result in long-term growth for each account.

B. Client Ownership & Strategy: Own end-to-end account strategy by setting clear growth plans with deliverables across three key areas: relationship mapping and development, upsell and cross-sell strategies, and short-term/long-term revenue growth and retention initiatives.

Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering data-driven recommendations and fostering product adoption through regular in-person meetings with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership as well as industry leaders. 

Develop and uplevel strategic relationships that will generate marketable customer wins and develop customer advocates who amplify RZR Global's brand. Gather product/market feedback to internal stakeholders - improve current product features and performance, 360 view of account at all time, proactive and inquisitive and curious.

C. Campaign Management & Performance Insights: Ensure campaigns operate seamlessly and optimise effectively through collaboration with the Analyst and Product teams, while delivering insights that tie performance to real business outcomes.

D. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align and mobilise internal teams to resolve issues, execute seamlessly, and deliver a consistent, high-value client experience.

E. Operational Excellence: Maintain forecast disciplines/processes, accurate reporting, and financial rigour to ensure smooth execution and reliable account management. 

What are we looking for?

  • 3-5+ years in digital advertising, mobile-focused tech/consulting environment, or client-facing roles.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast growing company and drive growth focused initiatives is a must.
  • Outstanding communication skills with clients building trustworthy relationships.
  • Excellence in problem-solving, logical and out-of-box thinking to achieve goals.
  • Great co-working skills with multiple stakeholders from the different backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with data and numbers, understanding AI/ML and technology is plus. 
  • Ownership and passions for continuous growth and success.
