Job Description

As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across various channels and initiatives. This role requires a versatile individual who can strategize, execute, and analyze growth experiments to identify scalable opportunities and optimize the customer journey from awareness to advocacy. You'll work across marketing, product, and data to achieve ambitious growth targets.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute growth strategies: Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across the user lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, referral, revenue).

  • Manage multi-channel campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, partnerships).

  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation: Design, run, and analyze experiments to improve conversion rates and user engagement.

  • Analyze performance data: Track key growth metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to implement growth initiatives.

  • Optimize user funnels: Identify friction points and opportunities for improvement in the user journey.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years working experience in a start-up environment

  • Growth-oriented mindset: Passionate about driving measurable results and comfortable with rapid experimentation.

  • Analytical problem-solver: Proficient in data analysis and able to translate insights into growth strategies.

  • Clear communicator: Can articulate growth initiatives, present results, and align stakeholders.

  • Hands-on executor: Capable of both strategic planning and tactical execution of growth campaigns.

  • Tool proficiency: Familiar with marketing automation, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and A/B testing tools.

  • AI-curious: Interested in leveraging AI for growth marketing and optimizing user experiences in startup environments.
