Lead end-to-end growth marketing for an AI infrastructure startup: own demand generation, paid acquisition, brand and narrative, content and community, PR and executive visibility, partner marketing, events, and measurement. Build the marketing function, select tooling, manage agencies, and translate campaigns into activation and qualified pipeline.

Sciforium is an AI infrastructure company developing next-generation multimodal AI models and a proprietary, high-efficiency serving platform. Backed by multi-million-dollar funding and direct sponsorship from AMD with hands-on support from AMD engineers the team is scaling rapidly to build the full stack powering frontier AI models and real-time applications.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to own how Sciforium shows up in the world and turn that presence into community, credibility, and pipeline, from a developer's first impression of our API to an enterprise buyer's signed contract. The narrative, the brand, the channels, and the playbook will need to be owned and operated by you, end-to-end. As our first dedicated marketing hire, you will work directly with the CEO, set the strategy, ship much of the work yourself, and build the function as we move from private preview into public launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaigns & Demand Generation

    • Own demand generation end to end: build and run multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, lifecycle, and community that drive signups, measurable activation, and qualified pipeline.

    • Own paid programs in full, from creative direction and media planning to budget allocation and continuous optimization, across search, social, and the developer media where technical buyers spend time.

  • Brand & Narrative

    • Own the Sciforium brand: positioning, messaging architecture, visual identity, and voice, kept consistent across the website, console, docs, decks, events, and every campaign we ship.

    • Shape the company narrative: craft the story of who we are and why we win, expressed through brand-level storytelling as much as product marketing.

  • Content & Community

    • Editorial ownership: define and ship a content calendar that earns organic distribution and search visibility, spanning technical work (engineering blogs, benchmarks, launch posts) and non-technical brand storytelling, written yourself or through contributors you direct.

    • Channel growth: own and grow Sciforium's presence across LinkedIn, X, newsletter, and developer communities, engaging authentically where builders evaluate infrastructure.

    • Events: run our presence at conferences and meetups, from sponsorships to hosted events, and connect them to campaigns.

  • Communications & Executive Visibility

    • Media & PR: own press strategy and journalist relationships across AI, infrastructure, and business media; run launch communications, embargoes, and announcements; direct agency support where it helps.

    • Executive thought leadership: build our leadership's public voice through editorial strategy and ghostwriting for LinkedIn and X, op-eds, and interview preparation, establishing them as recognized voices in AI infrastructure.

    • Speaking program: source and secure keynote, panel, and podcast opportunities for company leadership at top industry events, owning submissions, briefings, and talk tracks.

  • Launch & Partner Marketing

    • Partner with product, engineering, and sales to turn model launches and platform milestones into coordinated go-to-market moments, from messaging through follow-on campaigns.

    • Own co-marketing with strategic partners: joint announcements, shared launches, and co-presented keynote moments, coordinating messaging, timelines, and assets with partner marketing and communications teams.

  • Marketing Operations & Function Building

    • Stand up measurement infrastructure (attribution, funnel analytics, spend efficiency) and report results to leadership with clear goals for acquisition, activation, and revenue.

    • Select tooling, manage agencies and freelance creative talent, build repeatable launch and asset infrastructure, and lay the foundation for the team that follows.

Qualifications

  • Must-Haves:

    • 5+ years of marketing experience spanning growth, brand, and communications, including early-stage startup time where you defined the function as much as executed it.

    • Demonstrated track record growing developer-facing or API-first products, with a real understanding of how technical buyers discover, evaluate, and adopt infrastructure.

    • Hands-on demand generation and paid acquisition experience with measurable results: direct ownership of strategy, spend, creative, and iteration, not just oversight.

    • Exceptional writing and editorial judgment: able to produce credible technical content and brand-level storytelling, and to write convincingly in an executive's voice.

    • Communications experience: earned media, launch PR, and announcement management, run directly or through agencies, with strong instincts for what makes a story land.

    • Strong brand instincts: taste and judgment for visual identity and voice, with the ability to direct designers or work hands-on when needed.

    • Data-driven operator: able to instrument campaigns, read the numbers clearly, and translate findings into what to do next.

  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Familiarity with AI infrastructure, developer tools, or the open-source model ecosystem.

    • Experience as a first or early marketing hire, building the function from zero.

    • Co-marketing experience with large ecosystem partners such as semiconductor, cloud, or model providers.

    • Experience building executive visibility programs: speaker placement, podcast circuits, founder brand.

    • Paid media experience in developer-specific channels: technical newsletters, podcasts, communities, event sponsorships.

    • Working fluency with the modern marketing stack (e.g., GA4, HubSpot, Webflow) and creative tools (Figma, Canva) for scrappy production.

Benefits include
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401k plan

  • Daily lunch, snacks, and beverages

  • Flexible time off

  • Competitive salary and equity
