We are building the AI platform healthcare organizations trust to code and bill accurately. Ember sits inside the revenue cycle for provider groups, turning documentation into clean, defensible charges and catching the denials that quietly drain millions. People who see it, get it. The challenge isn't persuasion, it's reach, and this role exists to solve it.
You will own lead generation and build the pipeline engine that feeds sales. You will join a small team and scale it, with high autonomy and no playbook to inherit. Some channels already work, others you will build, and you will partner with our digital marketing specialist, sales, and agencies to double down on what scales and cut what doesn't.
What matters most is how you work. You are analytically rigorous, structuring problems and letting data drive decisions. You are relentlessly resourceful: when something breaks, you don't flag it, you fix it. You are creative, and you move fast enough that learning happens through doing. Essentially, you get sh*t done. Titles matter less than whether you can crack a hard problem and execute.
What You’ll DoOwn lead generation. Drive qualified leads across your channels, from the website to email, LinkedIn, webinars, and conferences, and continuously optimize conversion at every stage of the funnel.
Run campaigns. Design and ship email and social campaigns that drive meetings and pipeline. Build the sequences, write the copy, measure the results.
Drive webinars. Plan and execute webinars as a lead gen channel, from topic selection to promotion to post-event follow-up.
Own conference strategy. Manage pre-event outreach, on-the-ground execution, and ROI analysis for the conferences that reach decision makers and buyers.
Report on what works. Build the dashboards that show what's generating pipeline and what isn't, so the whole team makes sharper bets.
Sharpen the GTM engine. Fine-tune the workflows and AI-powered automations we already run so a small team keeps operating at the pace of a much larger one.
You might come from growth marketing, demand gen, or revenue marketing. You might come from a generalist role at a high-growth startup, or you might have started in sales, consulting, or ops and moved into marketing because you're drawn to the problem-solving side of driving growth. Your background matters less than how you think and work.
3 to 5+ years in a fast-paced B2B environment in a Growth, Demand Gen, or related marketing role.
Demonstrated results across two or more growth channels: LinkedIn, email, events (webinars and conferences), or partner programs.
A problem-solver who uses data. You break down complex problems, figure out how to crack them, and measure whether it worked.
Excellent written communication. You can write outreach copy, campaign messaging, and landing page content that converts.
Intellectual curiosity about AI and technology. You should be excited to learn our platform and talk about it credibly with a sophisticated healthcare buyer.
