The Role:

We're looking for a savvy Digital Marketer with deep experiences in marketing for ecommerce and/or women's fashion. You're a Social Media Marketing/PR/Relationship Management guru. You're detail-oriented, organized, a hustler, thrive in a fast paced environment, and a team player. You're located in the Bay Area and available to come to the office periodically.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage influencer campaigns from start to finish

  • Outreach and negotiate potential Talent for Brand Ambassador campaigns leveraged across multiple digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube – both Organic and Paid Media)

  • Utilize tools to research and identify new influencers and manage the pipeline in a scalable way

  • Establish strong talent and agency contacts and relationships

  • Build Influencer tracking parameters and reporting, track Influencer organic and paid performance, reporting daily results directly to the CEO

  • Work with internal teams (Marketing, Styling, and Ops) to support Influencer campaigns

  • Maintain monthly Influencer budget and forecast

  • Conduct competitive research, relevant industry trends and platforms

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience working in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Influencer Marketing, Talent Relations, PR, and/or Brand Marketing

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working at a startup in the DTC/CPG or consumer space

  • Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and best practices, KPIs, and emerging trends

  • This is a in-person role! We feel most creative in a room together

Other Qualifications:

  • Passion for influencer relations, social media, and in-house brand marketing

  • Contract negotiation skills and strong relationship building skills

  • Excellent communication skills and detail orientation

  • Outstanding grasp of analytics and performance reporting

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects/tasks, and a strong team member

  • Strong project/time management skills

  • Tech-savvy

  • Creative and flexible

  • Can-do attitude and is passionate about helping petite women build confidence through styling
