VioletX is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in cybersecurity, helping businesses scale with secure, strategic solutions. We are looking for a Growth Hacker / Demand Generation Lead to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition.

Role Overview

This role focuses on designing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns to generate leads, optimize the sales funnel, and scale demand generation efforts. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to implement growth strategies using Warmly and HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid ads, content, social).

  • Optimize lead nurturing funnels using HubSpot automation.

  • Use Warmly to enhance personalized prospecting and engagement.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to refine ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.

  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for conversion and ROI.

  • Test and experiment with new growth tactics to drive MQLs and SQLs.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years minimum of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing.

  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM & marketing automation tools.

  • Experience using Warmly for targeted lead engagement.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns using data insights.

  • Knowledge of SEO, paid media, and conversion rate optimization.

  • Experience in B2B, cybersecurity, or SaaS industries is a plus.
