About Doodle Labs

Doodle Labs is a fast-growing technology company building high-performance wireless communications for the drone and unmanned systems ecosystem. Our technology enables reliable, high-bandwidth connectivity across airborne and mobile robotic platforms operating in complex environments.

We partner directly with leading drone OEMs, robotics companies, and defense organizations to deliver advanced networking solutions that power the next generation of autonomous systems. Our mission is to make connectivity for autonomous machines as reliable and ubiquitous as the internet itself.

About the Role

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Lead will own and scale demand generation, pipeline growth, and integrated campaign execution across Doodle Labs’ key markets, including defense, robotics, and autonomous systems.

In this role, you will build and operate the end-to-end growth engine—defining demand generation strategy, executing integrated campaigns, driving inbound and outbound acquisition, and nurturing leads through complex, long sales cycles. You will partner closely with sales, product marketing, and operations to translate highly technical RF and networking capabilities into programs that generate qualified demand and drive measurable pipeline impact.

This is a high-impact opportunity to shape Doodle Labs’ growth strategy and marketing engine within a fast-scaling, mission-critical technology company.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute Doodle Labs’ demand generation strategy, with a focus on pipeline creation and deal influence
  • Design and run integrated growth campaigns across inbound, outbound, digital, and event-driven channels
  • Build and scale programs supporting long, complex B2B buying cycles across defense, manufacturing, and robotics sectors
  • Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs in partnership with sales to engage target accounts
  • Lead content-driven acquisition strategies, including whitepapers, webinars, and technical marketing assets
  •  Partner with product and technical teams to ensure content aligns with product value propositions and customer needs
  • Optimize conversion paths, funnel velocity, and lead quality across inbound and outbound channels
  • Manage acquisition channels including paid media, sponsorships, events, and targeted outreach programs
  •  Own lifecycle marketing and nurture programs, guiding leads from initial engagement through pipeline stages
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing operations, and revenue operations to ensure effective lead scoring, handoff, and follow-up
  •  Track and analyze campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI to drive continuous optimization
  • Use data to guide experimentation, prioritization, and growth investment decisions

What Success Looks Like

  • Measurable growth in qualified pipeline and revenue influence
  •  High-performing, scalable demand generation programs across multiple channels
  • Improved lead quality, conversion rates, and funnel efficiency
  • Strong alignment between marketing, sales, and product teams
  • Clear visibility into campaign performance and pipeline impact

Who You Are

  • 5–8 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing within B2B technology companies
  •  Proven experience owning pipeline-generating programs and being accountable for demand and revenue influence
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, ABM, and integrated campaigns
  •  Experience supporting long sales cycles and complex buying committees
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments
  •  Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimization
  •  Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across sales, product, operations, and leadership teams
  •  Passion for technology, hardware, and storytelling, with a focus on building impactful marketing programs
  • Curious, adaptable, and comfortable experimenting with new strategies and channels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in defense tech, hardware, RF, robotics, aerospace, or deep-tech industries
  •  Experience marketing technical or engineering-driven products
  •  Familiarity with SEO, GEO, and modern content-driven acquisition strategies

Why Join Doodle Labs
