About Sybill.ai

Sybill is a rapidly growing Series A startup transforming productivity for B2B sales teams. Traditional and modern sales tools bog down professionals with administrative tasks, distracting them from building relationships and closing deals. Our flagship feature, the Sybill Copilot, is an AI assistant deeply integrated into sales workflows that delivers comprehensive deal intelligence. It helps reps and managers instantly access insights, ask targeted questions, and make strategic decisions about meetings, deals, and accounts.

As we accelerate our growth, we're investing in exceptional talent to shape the future of sales intelligence. We're looking for an experienced, visionary product designer to join our team, collaborate with senior product leadership, and craft a compelling design vision that aligns with our ambitious strategy.
Role Overview

We're looking for a Growth Lead to help Sybill accelerate on the back of our momentum and fast evolving product roadmap.

You'll own how Sybill shows up online across platforms and help turn attention into real momentum. You’re a curious, data-driven, and energetic marketer who’s excited to join a fast-growing, early-stage startup in a career-defining role.

What You’ll Do

  • Grow and engage our audience – Build and execute programs to attract and nurture a loyal following across social media, email, and other channels.

  • Develop a winning social strategy – Increase Sybill’s brand presence and grow the followings of key internal influencers.

  • Experiment with new channels – Identify, test, and scale new organic growth marketing strategies. Run experiments across content, community, creators, and partnerships.

  • Measure and optimize – Use data to track what’s working, double down on successes, and iterate on campaigns quickly.

  • Amplify product and thought leadership – Work with the product marketing team to expand the reach of product launches and key messaging.

  • Leverage our customer base – Engage current users and turn them into brand advocates.

  • Elevate web presence via SEO, review boards, partnerships, and clear differentiation from competitors.

  • Collaborate across teams – Partner with demand generation, product, design, and leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of growth marketing or demand generation experience in a high-growth B2B SaaSenvironment. Experience with product-assisted GTM and product growth tactics is helpful.

  • Strong social instincts and an active presence online. You understand how distribution works and how to grow attention across platforms.

  • A track record of building and growing audiences on social media, email, communities, or other channels.

  • Creative thinker, deeply curious, with a test-and-learn mindset – You’re excited to try new ideas and aren’t afraid to fail fast and iterate.

  • Strong analytical skills – You love diving into data to uncover insights and make smart decisions.

  • Hands-on AI experience – You’re comfortable and excited to bring AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and others to enhance marketing efforts.

  • Automation expertise – You know how to use tools like Zapier, Make, and Clay to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

  • Excellent communication skills – You can craft compelling content and messaging that resonates with different audiences.

Impact You'll Make

You'll shape not just how our product looks, but how it fundamentally works and evolves. Your strategic vision and hands-on leadership will directly influence our product roadmap, customer satisfaction, and company success.

You'll build something that thousands of sales professionals use daily to excel at their jobs, while creating design practices and systems that scale with our rapid growth.
