About the Role
As a Growth Marketing Manager at Nbot.ai, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how users discover, understand, and adopt the most personal information companion on the market. You’ll lead the development and execution of growth strategies that expand Nbot’s reach across social, community, and content-driven channels — helping more users effortlessly collect, organize, and stay on top of the topics they truly care about.
In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of growth marketing. You’ll design and test creative concepts, manage day-to-day campaign execution, and collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure our messaging, positioning, and distribution strategies reflect the evolving capabilities of Nbot.ai. You’ll drive experimentation across the entire funnel, from acquisition to activation to retention, using data to identify insights and accelerate user growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute organic growth strategies across Reddit, LinkedIn, email, SEO, and other content marketing channels.
- Own creative strategy — work alongside product managers and engineers to ideate, test, and iterate on high-performing campaign creatives. align with broader business objectives and foster tight cross-functional collaboration.
- manage the day-to-day execution of our growth marketing initiatives - with a focus on social media marketing and paid acquisition.
- Lead data-driven experimentation and testing to uncover insights across the full user journey, from acquisition to retention.
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in growth or marketing, ideally in a fast-scaling consumer or AI startup.
- Former founder, early team member, or someone with strong 0→1 building experience.
- Hands-on experience managing and scaling multiple distribution channels (e.g. Reddit, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, email).
- Deep understanding of ToC growth mechanics and AI-driven marketing strategies, with the ability to analyze and replicate successful case studies.
- Proven track record of running and optimizing campaigns in fast-paced, high-innovation environments.
