About Gigs

At Gigs, we're building the operating system for mobile services—a platform that lets tech companies embed global connectivity into their products effortlessly.

Just as Stripe lets any business add a payment button in seconds, Gigs empowers platforms to weave in connectivity—bridging the traditional world of telecom with modern tech. From fintechs launching mobile services to HR platforms offering work phone plans, we automate provisioning and remove telecom complexity.

Our team of around 150 people across the US and Europe, backed by nearly $100 million in funding from Ribbit Capital, Google, and Y Combinator. As one of the fastest-growing tech companies, bringing together early-stage engineers, product builders, and business athletes from companies like Stripe, Airbnb, and Shopify. We’re tackling deep technical and regulatory challenges to make connectivity truly seamless.

If you’re driven by curiosity, creativity, and the chance to shape the future of telecom, we’d love to hear from you.

Things We Care About

We are building in a highly complex space and tackling a massive problem. We want people who lean in when things get hard.

  • Speed. We move and we ship. We set bold deadlines and treat every week like it matters.
  • Ownership. If you see something broken, fix it. We don't wait for permission.
  • Customer Obsession. Our customers' product is our product.
  • Ambiguity. We're building frontier technology in a complex domain. You'll need sound judgement and good instincts to make decisions without complete information.
  • First principles. We don't ask how things have been done before. We ask why they were done that way at all.
The Role

Product Marketing at Gigs is deeply cross-functional. You’ll collaborate closely with Implementations, Product, Sales, Account Management, Creative, Finance, and Data to ensure our partnerships deliver meaningful value to end users and drive sustained revenue growth.
You’ll shape how connectivity is positioned, launched, and scaled within our partner ecosystem. Our team operates across the full product lifecycle — from influencing product strategy and launch readiness to driving adoption through always-on growth campaigns. You will deliver growth strategies for and with partners. This is a dynamic role that requires strategic thinking, sharp execution, and excellent communication to create win-win outcomes.

A successful candidate will be highly-motivated and self-directed with expertise in juggling multiple accounts and working in a fast-paced environment.

Salary range:

  • US$180,000 - $220,000

(The final offer depends on your background, skills, and how you perform through the process. We're open to considering outlier candidates, which may result in an adjustment to the scope and compensation)

What You Will Do
  • Build and implement co-marketing programs that strengthen partner relationships and drive revenue.
  • Plan and launch marketing campaigns in close collaboration with strategic partners.
  • Equip partners with resources, playbooks, training materials, and product updates to drive adoption.
  • Work closely with Creative to build high caliber marketing assets (pitch decks, playbooks, paid media ads, whitepapers, videos, etc.)
  • Work closely with data teams to define success metrics, implement tracking, and optimize campaigns.
  • Turn successful experiments into repeatable, high-impact playbooks.
  • Build strong partner relationships to foster collaboration and long-term success.
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven success launching and scaling consumer-facing products in B2B2C or B2C companies, with a strong grasp of growth levers across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • You are a storyteller, pitching ideas and concepts comes naturally to you. You can turn ambiguous ideas into inspiring revenue driving content.
  • You’ve worked extensively with creative teams and can communicate in marketing briefs.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience at a highly dynamic, high-growth tech company.
  • Experience using AI tools in your day-to-day work to improve speed, creativity, and decision-making.

Bonus points if

  • You have agency, lifecycle, and content marketing experience
  • Experience in the payments, financial technology industry
Work At Gigs
