Job Summary

We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager (Website & Growth Focus) to take ownership of website performance, user experience, and conversion optimisation. This is a highly execution-focused role suited for a technically skilled marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with developers to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimise website performance across UX, user journeys, and conversion funnels
  • Analyse user behaviour using analytics tools to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop and implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies
  • Execute and improve technical SEO initiatives to enhance visibility and rankings
  • Collaborate closely with developers to implement website improvements
  • Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and continuously improve performance
  • Track, analyse, and report on key website and marketing metrics

Requirements
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in website optimization, UX, and CRO
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar)
  • Solid understanding of technical SEO best practices
  • Experience working closely with web developers on implementation
  • Highly task-oriented with a strong execution mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Coachable, adaptable, and growth-driven

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Webflow
  • Familiarity with Airtable
