SpaceXAI’s mission is to create AI systems that can accurately understand the universe and aid humanity in its pursuit of knowledge. Our team is small, highly motivated, and focused on engineering excellence. This organization is for individuals who appreciate challenging themselves and thrive on curiosity. We operate with a flat organizational structure. All employees are expected to be hands-on and to contribute directly to the company’s mission. Leadership is given to those who show initiative and consistently deliver excellence. Work ethic and strong prioritization skills are important. All employees are expected to have strong communication skills. They should be able to concisely and accurately share knowledge with their teammates.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Growth Marketing Manager to own the backend execution of our marketing programs with precision and reliability. You will design, implement, and continuously improve scalable processes across email automation- ensuring every campaign, asset, and workflow meets the highest standards even in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. This role demands someone who thrives under pressure, balances shifting priorities with ease, and brings a rigorous, process-driven mindset.

  • Own end-to-end email automation strategy and execution, with a strong focus on Eloqua (or equivalent platforms), including campaign builds, segmentation, testing, and deployment
  • Define and execute off-platform strategy - paid social, newsletters, webinars, partner and holding-company programs, communities, and more
  • Plan and ship integrated campaigns that connect off-platform discovery to action (advertiser conversations, creative briefings, RFP inclusion, on-platform spend), working directly with sales, product marketing, insights, and creative
  • Manage CRM integrations and data flows (Salesforce preferred), ensuring clean synchronization between marketing tools and the sales ecosystem
  • Partner closely with, sales, product, and engineering teams to translate campaign needs into reliable, automated workflows
  • Maintain impeccable attention to detail across all operational tasks, documentation, and reporting
  • Thrive in ambiguous, high-pressure situations while delivering consistent, high-quality results on tight timelines
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a proven track record of delivering error-free work in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to balance shifting priorities without dropping the ball
  • Comfort thriving under pressure and operating effectively in ambiguous situations
  • Demonstrated experience developing and strictly adhering to QA processes for marketing campaigns and assets
  • Hands-on experience with email automation platforms; Eloqua experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Proven experience integrating marketing platforms with CRMs; Salesforce experience preferred
  • Familiarity with NextJS for website development and editing
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Familiarity with additional marketing tech stack tools (e.g., analytics platforms, data visualization)
  • Background in marketing operations, campaign execution, or similar roles in a high-growth tech environment
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

$112,000 - $160,000 USD

Base salary is just one part of our total rewards package at xAI, which also includes equity, comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, access to a 401(k) retirement plan, short & long-term disability insurance, life insurance, and various other discounts and perks.
