The Role: Growth Marketing Manager -  (ABM + Paid Media) -- 100% Remote

At Luma, we’re building a new kind of enterprise growth engine. One that treats pipeline creation as a system, not a collection of campaigns. 

We’re looking for a builder to own the design, build, and operation of Luma’s enterprise, in partnership with the Director of Demand Generation to turn it into a repeatable, scaleable pipeline engine at the enterprise level. 

Paid media is part of the toolkit. But system design, orchestration, and enterprise motion-building are the core of the job.

The Mission: Design, build, and run Luma’s enterprise account-based growth system, and turn it into a durable, predictable pipeline engine.What YOU will do at Luma Health:ABM / Enterprise Programs (Primary Focus, ~60%)
    • Co-design the enterprise ABM playbook
    • Targeting model
    • Account tiering
    • Buying group strategy
    • Plays by deal stage
    • Signal → action loops
    • Content + channel orchestration
  • Decide what motions exist, when they fire, for whom, and why.
  • Turn the architecture into:
    • Real programs
    • Real plays
    • Real campaigns
  • Build multi-threaded, multi-channel motions using:
    • Sales
    • Content
    • Events
    • Exec programs
    • Partnerships
    • DIrect mail
    • Community
    • Paid media

Performance Marketing / Paid Programs (Secondary Focus, ~40%)

  • Own paid media in service of the ABM system
    • Account-based Linkedin
    • Retargeting
    • Nurture acceleration
    • Coverage for priority accounts
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns that support ABM and broader demand generation efforts.
  • Track campaign performance and ROI, ensuring every dollar spent drives measurable pipeline impact.
  • Work with Demand Gen Manager to integrate paid programs into ongoing campaigns and nurture sequences.

Collaboration & Measurement

  • Be a thought partner to the Director of Demand Generation
    • Pressure test the system
    • Kill bad ideas early
    • Propose better architecture
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Brand, Creative, Events, CM, Sales) to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Work with our Linkedin Ad rep to measure success based on pipeline contribution, opportunity creation, and ARR growth, not vanity metrics.
  • Share insights and optimize campaigns iteratively, balancing strategy and execution.

  • 5+ years in B2B demand generation, ABM, or growth marketing (SaaS experience preferred; healthcare experience a bonus).
  • Experience designing ABM campaigns and working closely with enterprise sales teams.
  • Familiarity with paid media channels (LinkedIn, Google, retargeting, etc) and performance optimization.
  • Creative: You can come up with your own ideas to solve problems, and most importantly, you can execute on them quickly. 
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable measuring campaign impact on pipeline and ARR.
  • Highly collaborative with excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Takes massive ownership to drive project strategy AND execution.

Within 6 months:

  • We have:
    • A clear, named, documented enterprise growth motion.
    • Defined plays by account tier and deal stage.
    • A working signal leading to action system.
  • Enterprise pipeline becomes:
    • More predicable
    • More orchestrated
    • Less dependant on one-off heroics

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location and experience, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Luma also include stock options + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision.)

Base Pay Range: $110,000-$135,000 USD
