    • Build, maintain, and improve HubSpot workflows and marketing automations
    • Ensure lead capture, routing, and lifecycle mechanics are functioning and up to date
    • Maintain and optimize existing lifecycle programs over time
  • Adoption, Launches & Enablement
    • Support product launches through campaign execution, content, and channel support
    • Create or support educational and product-focused marketing materials
    • Contribute to sales enablement assets, webinars, and internal-facing materials as needed
    • Help drive adoption for existing customers through targeted campaigns and messaging
  • Cross-Functional Execution
    • Work closely with Product, Sales, Design, and Engineering to ship campaigns and initiatives
    • Execute independently while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally at a startup or small, fast-moving team
  • Strong execution skills across core marketing functions, with depth in at least one area such as growth, demand gen, or lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience with lifecycle emails, marketing automation, and workflows (HubSpot or similar)Experience running or supporting growth or conversion experiments across websites, funnels, or paid channels
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics, experimentation, and performance insights to prioritize and iterate
  • Comfortable owning work end to end with minimal structure or oversight
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Design, and Engineering
  • Comfortable being the second marketer on a team and wearing multiple hats
  • Bonus Points
    • Experience creating or supporting product-focused marketing content such as tutorials, guides, walkthroughs, or launch content
    • Experience supporting webinars, product demos, or sales enablement
    • Familiarity with paid acquisition platforms like Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads
    • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Posthog, Mixpanel, Webflow, or similar
