At Side, we believe everyone should own their path.

Side partners with top-producing real estate professionals to help them own and operate their own boutique real estate companies, without the legal, regulatory, or operational complexity of running a traditional brokerage. As a pioneer in the Brokerage-as-a-Service model, Side provides a proprietary platform that increases efficiency, strengthens client relationships, and enables entrepreneurs to focus on what they do best — selling real estate and growing their businesses.

Headquartered in San Francisco and backed by more than $300 million from top-tier venture capital firms, Side is recognized as one of the most innovative and fastest-growing companies in real estate. At Side, you’ll work alongside experienced industry leaders and world-class engineers to help shape the future of real estate and empower exceptional professionals to thrive as business owners.

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, execution-oriented  Growth Marketing Manager to build and run our growth engine. This is not a strategy-only role. You will personally design, launch, optimize, and report on campaigns, while also setting direction and building scalable systems for long-term growth.

This role sits at the intersection of demand generation, lead generation, ABM, performance marketing, and community led growth. You’ll own the full funnel from first touch to qualified pipeline and turn trusted relationships, communities, and partners into measurable revenue.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations to ensure tight GTM alignment, clean handoffs, and clear attribution from campaign to pipeline. This role is ideal for a senior marketer who enjoys both owning  and doing.

This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco headquarters. To foster collaboration and maintain our fast-paced culture, we require 2 days per week in the office.

About Our Customers

We serve a highly discerning, relationship-driven customer base—the top 1–5% of professionals in competitive, high-value markets. Our clients are entrepreneurial, brand-conscious, and deeply connected within their communities. They value trust, reputation, and personalization, and expect a high-touch, concierge experience. Marketing to this audience requires credibility, precision, and a deep understanding of how influence and networks drive decisions.

Responsibilities

Hands-On Growth, Demand & Lead Generation
  • Personally own and execute demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue

  • Build and launch integrated campaigns across ABM, inbound, lifecycle, and performance channels

  • Actively manage targeting, messaging, creative testing, and conversion optimization

  • Partner directly with Sales to define ICPs, target accounts, campaign priorities, and pipeline goals

  • Own lead flow, scoring, and handoff to Sales to ensure quality and conversion

  • Community & Network-Led Growth (Player–Coach)
  • Design, launch, and run community-led growth initiatives including ambassador, referral, and revenue-share programs

  • Actively cultivate relationships with customers, partners, and professional communities

  • Create and execute campaigns leveraging events, partnerships, thought leadership, and grassroots channels

  • Grow and engage a network of advocates and partners that drive trust-based acquisition

  • Translate community insights into actionable marketing, product, and customer experience improvements

  • Coordinate and support execution of marketing events, including field, partner, and annual conference, aligning efforts to drive demand generation and qualified pipeline.

  • ABM & Go-To-Market Execution
  • Hands-on ownership of ABM strategy and execution for high-value, relationship-driven accounts
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Content to create personalized, high-impact campaigns
  • Ensure messaging consistency and executional alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success

  • Turn GTM strategy into concrete, executable campaigns tied to revenue outcomes

  • Performance, Analytics & Marketing Operations
  • Directly manage campaign performance, attribution, and reporting across channels

  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track funnel health, ROI, and growth efficiency

  • Optimize campaigns through continuous testing, iteration, and data-driven insights

  • Own and operate the marketing tech stack, automation, and CRM integrations

  • Partner with RevOps and Sales Ops to maintain clean data, accurate attribution, and strong pipeline visibility

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience with a strong track record of hands-on execution

  • Deep expertise in demand generation, ABM, community/network-led growth, and performance marketing

  • Proven ability to personally run campaigns while building scalable systems and processes

  • Experience building and operating referral, ambassador, partner, or rev-share programs

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience managing attribution, reporting, and optimization

  • Comfortable working in lean environments and owning work end-to-end

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

  • Background in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or service-based businesses preferred
