Evaluate Marketing performance/impact and make data-driven recommendations for how to adjust our approach to reach our ambitious goals. Assist with the creation and delivery of custom reports.
  • Work with the in-house creative team to provide data insights around creative testing and performance to inform new creative briefs.
  • Work with Marketers to develop long term growth strategies for marketing channels (Google, Meta, Display).
  • Handle daily marketing channel management, including campaign creative uploads, budget changes and bid adjustments. Implementation directly in marketing channels.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Analytics, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years direct experience working at scale across multiple paid performance marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms. Experience with keyword management in Paid Search.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, creative and analytics teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and ensure high quality deliverables with high attention to detail.
  •  Excellent communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences.

  • This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. Visit our PinFlex page to learn more about our working model.

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration twice a year, and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
