We’re hiring a Growth Operations Manager to drive the systems, processes, and tools that power growth worldwide. This is a hands-on, operational, and data-driven role where you’ll manage Furiosa’s CRM, web platforms, analytics, and campaign execution workflows.
In this role, you’ll help scale and drive adoption of Furiosa worldwide, and work closely with marketing, sales, and product to ensure growth engines run efficiently, campaigns are tracked and optimized, and data-driven insights guide every decision.
What you’ll doManage and optimize CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce experience essential), ensuring lead flow, data hygiene, and automation support global growth
Own the web presence, including landing pages, campaign tracking, analytics and performance monitoring
Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and campaign metrics to identify opportunities for optimization
Provide regular reporting and dashboards on growth KPIs and trends
Implement and maintain marketing automation tools, workflows, and dashboards to track KPIs and campaign results (Jira experience preferred)
Collaborate with sales to ensure CRM processes and reporting support account-based strategies and pipeline visibility
5+ years of experience in growth operations, marketing operations, digital marketing or sales operations
Strong experience with CRM platforms and web/analytics tools
Proven ability to implement and optimize campaigns, automation, and reporting dashboards
Excellent problem-solving skills, process orientation and attention to detail
Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and lifecycle marketing
Bias toward ownership, iteration, and learning by doing
