Growth Operations Senior Manager

About Parkade

Parkade is a B2B2C SaaS platform that modernizes private parking for apartments, mixed-use, and offices. We help buildings move away from the headaches of stickers, hang tags, and spreadsheets to a fully automated, self-serve app for parking management, enforcement, and customer service.

We have carved out a highly differentiated position in a massive PropTech market, our customers love us (98% lifetime retention), and we closed a successful Series A funding round with a proven sales process.

We're a lean, high-impact team where your work is visible, your ideas matter, and there's real room to shape how things get done.

The Role

This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of something big. Growth Ops is Parkade's newest team tackling initiatives that improve customer outcomes, expand our service offerings, and facilitate strategic projects.

The first undertaking will be to stand-up our Parkade Patroller Network (PPN), a program that facilitates enforcement at our customers’ lots. The PPN includes local professionals who help implement Parkade's services locally.

As the first Senior Manager of Growth Ops, you’ll own this program, taking it from seed to launch. That means operationalizing what’s already in motion, formalizing it into a standard product, and building the team, tools, and processes to take it nationwide. From there, you'll take on the next big initiative as new growth opportunities are identified.

You’ll report directly to the VP of Operations and work cross-functionally across our internal and external stakeholders to create and launch flagship services that our customers love.

This is not a “maintain the status quo” role. You thrive on autonomy, you default to action, and you see a half-built process and think, "I know exactly what to do with this." If building tiger teams excites you, keep reading.

What You’ll Do

End to End Program Management

  • Take the reins of a program that’s already generating real momentum and drive it from pilot to market.

  • Operationalize the current testing phase into a repeatable, reliable program with documented processes and clear performance standards.

  • Act as the connective tissue between third-party partners, internal stakeholders, and customers.

Build the Business

  • Formalize initiatives into commercially viable products that are piloted, packaged, and sold to new and existing customers.

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to define the value proposition, pricing model, and go-to-market approach.

  • Create the reporting infrastructure, goal-tracking frameworks, and dashboards needed to demonstrate program performance and ROI.

Design the Team & the Tools

  • Define the roles, responsibilities, and workflows needed to staff and scale the program with a path to hiring as we grow.

  • Build automations and low-code workflows to streamline the experience for partners and local contractors.

  • Develop training materials, onboarding resources, and SOPs that enable new patrollers and partners to ramp fast and perform consistently.

Keep Expanding the Footprint

  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities, networks, and service expansions that grow the offering.

  • Stay curious about what’s next from new verticals to new enforcement models, and new technology to bring those ideas to the table proactively.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of program, implementations, or operations management experience.

  • A track record of taking something from idea to MVP to a scalable service. This means you’ve been part of building a messy, early-stage program and have made it work.

  • Comfort operating as a solo builder with the ability to hire and lead a team as the program grows.

  • A can-do attitude ready to roll up your sleeves and help the VP of Operations scale this program.

  • Working knowledge of SQL and experience with low-code platforms (Retool, Airtable, etc.) to build dashboards and operational tools without waiting on engineering

  • Fluency with AI tools and AI-enabled workflows. You’re not just aware of them, you actually use them to work smarter.

  • Strong communicator who can manage relationships with third-party contractors and partners while also keeping internal stakeholders aligned.

  • Flexibility to be available outside standard hours when program needs arise (evenings, weekends). Enforcement doesn’t always happen 9 to 5 and may affect your non-business-hours schedule.

  • This role is based in our Long Beach, California office, with 3 days in the office and 2 days flexible per week.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in parking, property technology, or a related field in an operations environment

  • Background in launching a program as a standalone product or revenue-generating service

  • Experience with contractor or gig-economy workforce management

  • Comfortable building pitch materials or sales collateral to support a go-to-market motion
