We are hiring a Growth Partner Manager to lead partner development and relationship management across Flagler Health’s referral, channel, and strategic partner ecosystem.
This role is focused on driving pipeline, revenue growth, and market expansion through partnerships. Success means building trusted relationships with high-value channel partners, creating repeatable partnership motions, and turning strategic relationships into measurable revenue outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage all channel, referral, and strategic partner relationships.
Build and scale a high-performing partner ecosystem that drives pipeline and revenue growth.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner communication, enablement, and relationship management.
Develop joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling strategies, events, and partner campaigns.
Identify, onboard, and grow new channel partners aligned with company growth goals.
Track partner performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
Create scalable partnership processes, reporting systems, and operating cadences.
Gather market insights and identify new strategic partnership opportunities.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales roles.
Proven track record of sourcing, managing, and growing revenue-generating partnerships in healthcare, SaaS, digital health, or high-growth startup environments.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Experience owning or contributing to pipeline generation and revenue growth targets.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Healthcare or digital health experience strongly preferred.
