Carda Health - Growth Product ManagerAbout Carda

Rehab is a pain. So much so that only 10% of qualifying heart and lung patients attend, resulting in complications for patients and at least $190B in excess costs. Carda is a rapidly growing digital health company changing the way heart and lung conditions are treated in the US. Our program allows patients to complete engaging, compassionate, and life-saving therapy from home, virtually.

Who are we?

We are a team of clinicians, mathematicians, repeat entrepreneurs, and engineers, and one recovering financier. Our united belief is that technology and data, when applied ethically and compassionately, can transform individuals’ lives and change even the most entrenched industries. Carda was founded by Harry and Andrew, two friends from Wharton who share a family history of heart disease and personal experience with cardiac rehab. We are fortunate to be backed by some of the best investors in the business who have also backed the likes of Livongo, Hinge, Calm, MDLive, and others.

Who are you?

You are an AI-native Growth PM, joining our Product and Engineering team of 15, reporting directly to the Co-founder and CPO. You are a high-agency builder with a passion for driving user acquisition and patient activation by automating complex workflows. As Growth Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our funnels, leveraging AI to break labor constraints and unlock scale. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders across growth, engineering, clinical, and enrollment teams to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities that reduce manual overhead, accelerate activation, enhance the patient experience and drive more access to critical care.

What will you do?
  • Define Carda’s product roadmap at the top of the funnel, prioritizing changes that drive step function changes in the number of patients we enroll and activate. Your optimizations across product, technical tooling and operations will directly impact the number of people who can receive our care.
  • Build, deploy, and experiment with AI-driven solutions and agents that augment staff, automate high-frequency tasks, increase clinical throughput, and scale life-saving therapy to thousands of patients across the US.
  • Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, focusing heavily on workflow automation, Salesforce integrations, call journeys, and removing bottlenecks in the activation funnel.
  • Partner with operational leadership and key business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, and translate business needs into actionable, data-driven acquisition and activation initiatives.
  • Design, scope, and manage a strategic experiment roadmap, utilizing strong statistical skills, A/B testing, and front-end optimizations to rigorously measure impact and improve our enrollment and activation funnels.
  • Define and monitor activation performance, analyze operational feedback, and iterate on automation solutions to drive maximum growth impact.
  • Perform research and stay up-to-date on AI advancements that can reduce administrative friction across our systems, participating in strategic initiatives and aligning projects with overall company goals.
  • Create deliverables which can be easily integrated into our product, suggest great off-the-shelf tooling that reduces maintenance burden, and monitor results on an ongoing basis.
What we look for
  • You have 4+ years of experience as a PM, ideally with a proven focus on acquisition, activation, retention, data, or AI.
  • You have an experiment-first mindset, wanting to ship and learn quickly to optimize the journey from lead to active participant.
Bonus / Nice to haves
  • Prior direct-to-consumer growth experience in operationally complex health tech or managed services (e.g., Ro, Hims, Midi).
  • Practical experience deploying AI agents or LLM-based tools to automate manual administrative or clinical tasks.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data standards including FHIR, HL7, and EHR integrations (Epic).

Last but not least you will be an important part of our product team and the overall culture of the company. We expect everyone on our team to have high integrity, compassion and to help create a work culture where colleagues do their best, most challenging work in a positive environment.

We look forward to hearing from you!
