We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and strategic Growth Strategist to join our team—someone passionate about performance marketing, digital advertising, and full-funnel brand growth. This role is perfect for a natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently lead client accounts with expertise and authority.

As a Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and managing paid media campaigns, overseeing client budgets, and analyzing performance data to drive results. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, as you will be expected to be a thought leader on weekly client calls, offering strategic guidance, solving problems proactively, and ensuring clients have full confidence in your expertise.

Each Growth Strategist will collaborate directly with our Head of Services, Creative team, and internal/external partners to create high-impact paid media strategies. You will not just manage campaigns—you will be an account manager, trusted advisor, and growth consultant, ensuring our clients scale profitably and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize ROI-driven paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for clients, leading weekly calls with confidence, providing thought leadership, and answering complex performance marketing questions.
  • Manage all client communication and overall account health, ensuring proactive problem-solving and high retention rates.
  • Develop multi-channel marketing strategies, support campaign ideation, and oversee execution for clients.
  • Analyze marketing data and use insights to inform future strategies, continuously improving performance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in digital advertising with a strong performance marketing background.
  • 3+ years managing paid media campaigns, with a focus on strategy and execution.
  • 2+ years working at an agency or in a role managing multiple accounts.
  • Experience building and optimizing paid media plans across various platforms.
  • Exceptional client management skills—you must be able to lead calls, answer tough questions, and instill confidence.
  • Strong analytical skills—ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and present insights to clients.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Leadership and collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and technical teams.
  • A passion for growth marketing, problem-solving, and driving results.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where strategic thinking and adaptability are key.
  • Strong media and vendor management experience to help execute winning strategies.
  • Proven ability to balance strategy and execution, delivering measurable impact for clients.
