About EliseAI

At EliseAI, we're improving the industries that matter most: housing and healthcare. Everyone needs a place to live and access to quality healthcare, yet both are often harder to secure than they should be.
By integrating AI agents deeply into existing workflows, we make them more efficient, reduce costs, and improve the experience for everyone.

  • Housing: We simplify how renters tour apartments, sign leases, submit maintenance requests, and stay connected with their property team—bringing everything they need for their home into one place.

  • Healthcare: We make it easy to schedule appointments, complete intake forms, and we help patients communicate with providers, so everyone can focus on health instead of paperwork.

With EliseAI, organizations reduce manual work, improve accessibility, and deliver a seamless experience across essential services. We recently raised a $250 million Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz to accelerate this mission.

The Growth Strategy Team

The Healthcare Growth Strategy team is responsible for defining how Healthcare Elise AI products are positioned, understood, and valued in the market. We own the positioning and identity of the platform and every product within it, and we design and execute the highest-leverage growth initiatives that drive the company forward and generate pipeline.

Healthcare Growth Strategy operates as a startup within a startup-run with the intensity and ownership of a founding team, but with the capital, market access, and product depth of a well-funded Series E. The mandate is zero to one: take products and platform capabilities from undefined to sharply positioned, then drive execution against that positioning across every surface that touches the market. Deep cross-functional involvement (Marketing, Product, Sales, Engineering, Leadership) and founder-level ownership from day one.

Roles on this team sit at the intersection that defines the best people at EliseAI: strategic thinking and deep context awareness, combined with technical ability and full ownership of execution. You will be expected to move fluidly between crafting a product narrative and building the automated systems that deliver it at scale-between shaping a go-to-market strategy and getting your hands into the data, tooling, and infrastructure to make it real.

About The Role

As a Growth Strategy Manager on the Healthcare team, you’ll own the most complex and ambiguous problems the team faces-setting strategic direction on how products and the platform are positioned, defining the engagement architecture that drives customer lifetime value, and leading go-to-market execution across major initiatives. Where the Senior Associate owns projects, you own problem spaces.

You’ll operate with broad autonomy and minimal direction. In a given week, you might define the positioning strategy for an entire product line, architect the end-to-end engagement system for a customer segment, shape the GTM approach for a major launch, and build the analytical framework that measures all of it. You’ll flex between setting direction and getting deep into execution-between crafting the narrative and building the infrastructure that delivers it at scale.

This role is ideal for someone with a strategy, consulting, or operational background who operates at a high level of autonomy and wants to define what world-class looks like for a team at the center of how an AI company grows. You see positioning as a strategic weapon, you’re as comfortable in the data and tooling as you are in the narrative, and you thrive when handed a hard problem with no playbook.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Demand Generation

  • Define and execute Healthcare growth strategy across inbound, outbound, content, events, partnerships, and product launches—driving pipeline generation and customer acquisition.

  • Establish growth measurement frameworks, attribution models, and performance KPIs that inform investment decisions and optimize ROI.

  • Build scalable systems for lead generation, qualification, conversion, and lifecycle engagement in partnership with Marketing Operations.

Content, Events & Market Presence

  • Own Healthcare content and thought leadership strategy, translating customer insights, product innovation, and market trends into programs that strengthen awareness and generate demand.

  • Lead conference and event strategy, including sponsorships, speaking opportunities, executive visibility, and post-event pipeline generation.

  • Develop repeatable content and event playbooks that drive measurable business impact and strengthen market position.

Sales Enablement & Go-to-Market Execution

  • Own sales enablement strategy, ensuring teams have the positioning, messaging, collateral, training, and competitive intelligence needed to effectively sell the platform and new products.

  • Lead go-to-market strategy for major launches and initiatives, aligning Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success around successful execution.

  • Continuously improve buyer journey messaging, sales processes, and enablement programs to increase conversion and sales efficiency.

Positioning, Insights & Strategic Leadership

  • Define and evolve Healthcare product and platform positioning, ensuring EliseAI is differentiated, understood, and valued by the market.

  • Build feedback loops from customer conversations, win/loss analysis, performance data, and market dynamics to inform growth strategy and product direction.

  • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership on growth priorities, market expansion, investment decisions, and customer value creation.

Move at rocket speed, build something massive.

We’re scaling fast, solving real client problems with precision and ambition. Here, you own your impact-full autonomy, no micromanagement, no fluff. We hire the best, expect the best, and give you the masterclass of your career. It’s hard, it’s intense, and it’s the most rewarding work you’ll ever do. If you’re hungry, driven, and ready to build something massive, climb aboard.

Requirements

We’re looking for intensely driven strategic operators who combine analytical rigor, technical fluency, and executional intensity. You likely:

  • Have 5–8 years of experience, with a foundation in management consulting, investment banking, strategy & operations, or a high-growth startup in a strategic or leadership capacity

  • Have a demonstrated track record of owning complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end and driving measurable business outcomes

  • Are exceptional at structuring ambiguous problems and setting strategic direction-you don’t wait for a playbook, you write it

  • Communicate with clarity and conviction-whether you’re crafting a positioning framework, presenting to the C-suite, or writing the copy yourself

  • Are equally comfortable in the strategy and the technical build-you can define the engagement architecture and get into the tooling to make it real

  • Have experience building systems and processes that scale-you don’t just do the work, you build the machine that does the work

  • Naturally lead across functions, building trust and driving alignment even without formal authority

  • Are willing to work in person at our office 4 days a week

Why Join

Growth and impact. It’s not often that you can get in on the ground floor of a funded (unicorn!) startup that’s scaling so fast. That means that instead of following a playbook, you’ll be writing it. Every single day you will be challenged to identify how we can scale and execute on it. You’ll learn what works when you succeed and what doesn’t when you fail. Either way, the rest of the team will be here to support you.

Benefits

In addition to the growth and impact you’ll have at EliseAI, we offer competitive salaries along with the following benefits:

  • Equity in the company

  • Medical, Dental and Vision premiums covered at 100%

  • Fully paid parental leave

  • Commuter benefits

  • 401k benefits

  • Fitness & home services stipend to cover part of your expenses so you can focus on what matters

  • A collaborative in-office environment with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, and all meals covered in the office

  • Unlimited vacation and paid holidays

  • We’ll cover relocation packages and make the move exciting, not painful!

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $170,000 - $210,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
