At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

The Vision

There is only one Data Cloud. Snowflake’s founders started from scratch and designed a data platform built for the cloud that is effective, affordable, and accessible to all data users. But it didn’t stop there. They engineered Snowflake to power the Data Cloud, where thousands of organizations unlock the value of their data with near-unlimited scale, concurrency, and performance. This is our vision: a world with endless insights to tackle the challenges and opportunities of today and reveal the possibilities of tomorrow.

We are looking for a GTM Business Operations Manager to define and drive our global go-to-market strategy and operating plan.

The Mission

As a key individual contributor within the Sales Strategy & Business Operations team, your goal is to expand Snowflake’s addressable market and accelerate penetration through high-impact, targeted investments. You aren't just a reporter of data; you are an architect of growth who leverages the latest in analytical technology to steer the business.

In This Role, You Will:
  • Architect GTM Strategy: Partner with executive leadership to formulate and communicate comprehensive strategies across all sales channels, geographies, and segments.

  • Lead Strategic Projects: Own visible initiatives including sales performance optimization, customer funnel conversion analysis, and Go-to-Market strategies for new markets and verticals.

  • Influence Outcomes: Create compelling narratives backed by rigorous analysis to influence senior-level decisions, moving beyond simple analytics to drive real business change.

  • Drive Market Expansion: Evaluate global opportunities to determine where we sell, which channels we prioritize, and how we allocate resources for maximum impact.

  • Build & Scale: Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to implement new processes and systems that scale with Snowflake’s vision.

Your Qualifications:
  • Professional Experience: 8+ years of experience in GTM strategy, planning, and operations. Backgrounds in management consulting or high-growth Enterprise SaaS are highly preferred.

  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the B2B technology lifecycle, including sales cycles, marketing attribution, and customer success metrics.

  • AI Fluency: High proficiency in leveraging Generative AI and LLMs to automate operational workflows, enhance data storytelling, and derive predictive insights for GTM strategy. You should be comfortable using AI to bridge the gap between complex data and executive-level strategy.

  • Analytical Powerhouse: Intermediate to Advanced SQL proficiency is required to query complex datasets, alongside expert-level Excel skills for data manipulation and visualization.

  • Education: Bachelor degree in business, statistics, economics or other quantitative disciplines; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.

What You Bring:
  • The "Full Stack" Approach: You are equally comfortable leading a high-level strategic roadmap or rolling up your sleeves to build the tactical components of a plan.

  • Operational Grit: You have a deep appreciation for the complex operational machinery required to build a world-class software company.

  • Strategic Curiosity: You possess a passion for technology and a data-driven approach to solving "unsolvable" market challenges.
