FieldPulse is a high-growth field service management software built specifically for the trades. From the first call to the final payment, we help trades businesses streamline every step of their work. Our platform empowers office staff, field technicians, management, and business owners with the tools they need to book and schedule work, create estimates, complete jobs, and get paid - faster and more efficiently. Trusted by thousands of businesses globally, FieldPulse pairs cutting-edge technology with a customer-first mindset to support the people who keep our world running.

We're looking for a GTM Data Operations Manager to own and scale the lead generation and data operations engine that fuels FieldPulse's sales organization.

This person will be the go-to expert for everything related to lead data, prospecting infrastructure, data quality, and sales intelligence. You'll own the process of building, enriching, validating, and maintaining high-quality lead lists so our Sales team consistently has the right prospects to engage.

We're looking for someone who is highly analytical, resourceful, and proactive, with a deep understanding of how to source and manage prospect data at scale. You know the tools, understand what makes a lead valuable, and can build repeatable systems that keep our sales pipeline full. You're comfortable getting hands-on with the data while also building the processes and infrastructure needed to support a growing sales organization.

Experience in field service management software or the trades technology space is strongly preferred.

Where You'll Work:

  • Hybrid at our headquarters in Dallas, TX.
  • You’ll be right in the heart of the action, surrounded by a team of passionate, high-energy individuals who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

Lead Generation & Data Operations

  • Own the end-to-end lead generation engine for FieldPulse Sales, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality leads across our target markets.
  • Build and maintain target account cohorts by geography, trade, business profile, and sales priority. Work with Sales leadership to define which accounts should be worked, and which should not.
  • Develop and test a practical ideal customer profile (ICP) and scoring approach using available signals such as services offered, operational model, current software, business size indicators, and local market presence. Validate the approach against existing customers and sales outcomes.
  • Combine internal records, data providers, public sources, and research partners to identify businesses FieldPulse does not yet reach. Match new accounts to existing CRM records before adding them.
  • Source relevant decision-makers for priority accounts and deliver sales-ready account and contact records with clear targeting context. Not just names and phone numbers.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to turn target cohorts into focused outbound campaigns, and use rep feedback and conversion results to improve the next cohort.

Data Quality & Accuracy

  • Set standards for the fields required to make an account actionable, including trade, location, services, segment, contact role, source, and confidence in key attributes.
  • Establish repeatable checks for duplicates, incorrect account-to-contact matches, stale contact details, inconsistent industry values, and records outside FieldPulse’s target market.
  • Distinguish verified facts from estimates or inferred signals. Track data source and freshness so Sales knows what to trust before outreach.
  • Build quality controls into imports, enrichment, and ongoing updates rather than relying on periodic cleanup.
  • Measure target-market coverage, account match rates, contact coverage and verification, field completeness, and rep-reported data issues by source and segment.
  • Review data quality alongside sales results to identify whether poor targeting, missing contacts, or inaccurate records are limiting outbound effectiveness.

Systems, Tools & Automation

  • Own the workflows connecting prospect sourcing, enrichment, validation, scoring, and activation across FieldPulse’s sales systems.
  • Evaluate and manage data providers and research partners based on coverage and accuracy for trades businesses, usable fields, integration effort, cost, and demonstrated sales impact.
  • Automate repeatable research, verification, imports, and quality checks while retaining human review for uncertain matches and high-priority accounts.
  • Pilot new tools and scoring workflows on defined cohorts, compare results with current methods, and document what should be scaled, changed, or stopped.

Sales Partnership & Reporting

  • Work closely with Sales leadership, Sales operations, and account executives to ensure lead generation efforts align with revenue goals.
  • Develop visibility into lead generation volume, data quality, coverage, and overall effectiveness.
  • Use data and feedback from the Sales team to identify gaps in prospect coverage and continuously improve targeting.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the quality, availability, and usability of sales data.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for lead data and prospecting operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in data operations, sales operations, lead generation operations, sales intelligence, or a similar role.
  • A strong track record of building, sourcing, enriching, and maintaining large volumes of high-quality B2B prospect data.
  • Expert-level knowledge of lead generation and data enrichment tools, prospecting platforms, and data verification processes.
  • A strong understanding of what makes a lead actionable and how data quality directly impacts sales productivity and pipeline generation.
  • Experience building repeatable processes, workflows, and automations to support sales teams at scale.
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify data issues and build solutions that prevent them from recurring.
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset. You don't wait for a list to be handed to you; you figure out where to find the data and how to make it better.
  • The ability to operate independently, prioritize competing requests, and deliver results in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner closely with Sales leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at a field service management software company, vertical SaaS business, or technology company serving the trades.
  • Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, or other home and commercial service businesses.
  • Experience building prospect databases for SMB or mid-market sales organizations.
  • Experience with sales intelligence, contact enrichment, email verification, CRM data management, and sales engagement platforms.
  • Experience using APIs, SQL, no-code automation tools, or AI-powered workflows to streamline data operations.
  • Experience supporting a high-volume outbound sales organization.

What We Offer:

  • Impactful, Fast-Paced Startup Culture: Work on exciting projects that truly move the needle.
  • Lunches Provided Monday–Friday: Delicious meals on us to fuel your day.
  • Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical insurance, plus dental & vision benefits to keep you covered.
Health & Wellness Perks: Memberships to keep you feeling your best.
  • 401(k) Plan: Secure your future while you grow with us.
  • Clear Path for Growth: Transparent career progression, professional development, and promotion opportunities.
  • Paid Parental Leave: Support for you and your family when it matters most.
