We are looking for a highly driven Growth Designer to help bring our go-to-market strategy to life through compelling visual and motion design. This role sits at the intersection of brand, marketing, and product, and will play a key part in shaping how HappyRobot shows up across campaigns, launches, and social channels.

• Create high-impact growth and marketing assets, including static images, animated videos, and visual content across channels

• Support brand awareness and social lead generation through strong, consistent visual storytelling

• Partner closely with product marketing on launches, campaigns, and positioning

• Design assets that clearly communicate complex AI and enterprise concepts in a simple, engaging way

• Contribute to marketing initiatives that drive pipeline and GTM performance

• Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining a high bar for craft and polish

• Excellent graphic design and animation skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing both

• Experience creating assets for growth, marketing, or GTM teams

• Ability to design for multiple formats (social, video, digital campaigns, launch assets)

• Experience collaborating closely with product marketing and cross-functional partners

• Strong visual storytelling instincts and attention to detail
