Aven is hiring a GTM Engineer to architect and scale our partnerships channel. You’ll spend your time in the field solving complex adoption blockers for external partners, then build the workflows, automations, internal tooling, and AI-enabled systems that make the entire motion automated and scalable.

We’re looking for a rare hybrid: someone with the technical depth of a strong engineer and the urgency and horsepower of an entrepreneur. You should be equally comfortable commanding a room in a consultative sales process and diving into code to automate the motion you just ran. If you’re obsessed with replacing manual toil with elegant machinery—and excited about applying AI to scale GTM — this role is for you.

What you’ll do

  • Be the technical lead driving adoption and operational wins across our entire partnership ecosystem

  • Build and maintain workflows, automations, internal tools, and AI-assisted systems that improve the scalability and reliability of Aven’s GTM engine

  • Diagnose and fix messy cross-system issues across APIs, data pipelines, automation logic, and third-party tools when things break or behave unexpectedly

  • Build dashboards, alerts, and operational tooling that help internal teams and partners monitor performance and respond quickly

  • Implement AI-assisted outbound campaigns that use account research, data enrichment, and personalized sequences to turn cold leads into closed deals

  • Identify recurring bottlenecks, failure points, and manual work across the partner funnel, then replace them with durable, system-level solutions

  • Create the documentation, enablement materials, and executive-facing decks that make Aven’s value proposition clear, compelling, and easy to adopt

Who you are

  • 3+ years in a technical or operational engineering role, such as Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Technical RevOps, or a similar role

  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, debugging, testing, and writing clean, maintainable code

  • Proficient in SQL and at least one general-purpose programming language, and comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, databases, and event-driven workflows.

  • Experience building production-quality software, internal tools, automations, or integrations through work, internships, or substantial personal projects

  • High-agency operator who can move from zero to one quickly, figure things out in ambiguous environments, and build leverage through systems rather than manual effort

  • Strong persuasive skills when representing Aven confidently in partner conversations

  • Experienced with CRM and automation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Zapier, n8n, Apollo, or similar platforms

  • Bonus: Experience with SEO/GEO, lead nurture systems, website conversion, or growth experimentation
