GTM Systems & Data Architect
About the Role
We are looking for a GTM Systems & Data Architect to join our Revenue Operations team. This individual will manage and evolve our GTM tech stack — connecting systems, automating workflows, and ensuring data quality across our CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement tools.
You’ll also act as a junior data analyst, supporting reporting and insights that drive pipeline visibility and go-to-market performance. This is an individual contributor role with significant cross-functional impact and exposure to GTM leadership.
Responsibilities
Systems Ownership
- Administer and optimize our CRM, MAP, sales engagement, and enrichment tools.
- Maintain configurations, permissions, and workflows aligned to GTM processes.
- Manage vendor relationships and user access.
Integrations & Automation
- Build and maintain integrations using native connectors, Workato, Zapier, or custom API connections.
- Create workflow automations to reduce manual work and increase data accuracy.
- Monitor sync health and resolve system errors.
Data & Analytics
- Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce, HubSpot, or BI tools.
- Support pipeline, funnel, and campaign performance reporting.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support GTM leadership decision-making.
- Collaborate with RevOps and Finance on data definitions and reporting consistency.
Data Governance
- Implement data hygiene and enrichment processes (e.g., Clearbit, ZoomInfo).
- Establish standards for field naming, validation, and data completeness.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and opt-in rules.
Cross-functional Partnership
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to operationalize GTM processes.
- Translate business requirements into technical design.
- Document and communicate system changes clearly to stakeholders.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Maintain a GTM systems architecture diagram, field dictionary, and workflow documentation.
- Create onboarding materials and user training guides.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, or a similar hybrid technical role
- Experience with CRM administration (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Proficiency with automation/integration tools (Workato, Tray.io, Zapier, or API-based)
- Strong analytical skills: Excel/Sheets required; SQL or BI experience a plus
- Familiarity with marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Excellent project management, communication, and documentation discipline
- Self-starter comfortable managing multiple systems in a fast-paced startup environment
Compensation
- Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000
- Location: Denver, CO or Remote (U.S.)
- Level: Individual Contributor
