Role Type: Full-time

Engagement: Independent Contractor

Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile GTM Engineer to bridge the gap between our technical product capabilities and our ambitious revenue goals. In this role, you will be the architectural backbone of the sales process, ensuring that our technology solves real-world business problems for our customers. You will sit at the intersection of Engineering, Product, and Sales, acting as a technical advisor who can both high-level strategize and deep-dive into code to close complex deals and accelerate market adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Sales team to lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements.
  • Build custom integrations, scripts, and demos that showcase the unique value proposition of the product to prospective clients.
  • Act as the "voice of the customer" for the product team, translating field feedback into actionable product requirements and roadmap items.
  • Develop technical sales collateral, including documentation, best practices guides, and modular code snippets.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical hurdles during the pre-sales and onboarding phases to ensure a seamless customer transition.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor landscapes to position our technology effectively against market alternatives.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Sales Engineer).
  • Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, JavaScript, Go, etc.) and comfort working with APIs and databases.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A "builder" mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues on the fly.
  • Track record of supporting high-growth GTM motions and hitting revenue-linked milestones.
  • Experience working in early-stage or venture-backed startups.
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with modern GTM tech stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, or specialized data tools).
  • Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of technical content creation.

Benefits

💻 Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams

🚀 Career Growth: Join companies in SaaS, MarTech, and B2B services

🤝 Peer Community: Connect with high-performing sales professionals in our network

🧭 Ongoing Support: Receive guidance from Huzzle before and after placement

💰 Tailored Compensation: Salaries vary by client and candidate preference — we’ll match you with options that fit your goals
