Bobyard is seeking a GTM Lead to drive and scale revenue. You’ll own pipeline creation, deal execution, and early GTM strategy — selling hands-on while building the foundation for a repeatable sales motion and ensuring AE team doubles revenue every quarter.
This is a deeply execution-oriented role for someone who learns by selling. You’ll work directly with founders, close deals yourself, and turn real customer insights into messaging, process, and strategy that accelerates growth.
What You’ll DoOwn pipeline, deals, and revenue outcomes.
Sell hands-on — running deals end-to-end to understand buyers, objections, and sales cycles.
Define and refine ICP, messaging, pricing input, and sales process.
Build a repeatable sales playbook based on what works in the field.
Hire, coach, and manage AEs as volume scales.
Partner closely with founders, product, and marketing to align GTM execution.
6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a track record of closing complex deals.
Experience as a top-performing AE (200 - 300% quota attainment) and lead an AE team that was equally sales hungry and top performing
Comfort operating in early-stage environments with ambiguity and ownership.
Strong discovery, storytelling, and value-based selling skills.
Hands-on leader — you lead by doing.
Competitive salary ($170,000 - $190,000) plus meaningful equity.
Opportunity to work closely with founders and shape how the company grows.
Build a massive company.
This is a full-time, in-person role based in San Francisco. We’re looking for people with exceptional learning velocity and follow-through. If you want real ownership over revenue and the chance to build a sales motion from the ground up, we want to work with you.
