We are looking for a GTM Marketing Lead to help turn our product story into a repeatable commercial motion across direct sales and partner channels.
This is a senior, hands-on GTM role focused on:
- Product positioning
- Demand generation
- Sales enablement
- Partner marketing
- Proof-led storytelling
You will work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership to convert customer pain points, product capabilities, and pilot results into:
- Landing pages
- Campaigns
- Sales assets
- Case studies
- Partner materials
- Pipeline-generating initiatives
This is not a brand-only or content-calendar role. We want someone who enjoys experimentation, AI-assisted execution, and solving real B2B GTM challenges.
Fleet technology is evolving from tracking and dashboards to intelligence, action, coaching, and operational proof.

1. Build the GoZen Intelligence Story
Create clear ICP-specific positioning and messaging for:
- Safety managers
- Operations leaders
- Executives
- Sales and channel partners
Translate complex capabilities into simple business outcomes.
Capture and convert customer success stories into:
- Case studies
- Landing pages
- Demo scripts
- Webinars
- Sales decks
- Outbound campaigns
We value proof-driven marketing over generic AI messaging.
Design and test:
- Email campaigns
- Paid messaging
- Landing pages
- Webinar themes
- Lead magnets
- A/B testing strategies
Focus on conversion, pipeline, and learning — not vanity metrics.
Create practical sales and partner assets including:
- Discovery questions
- Demo narratives
- ROI sheets
- Objection handling
- Partner kits
- Co-branded campaigns
The goal is to make the product easier to sell and scale.
We are looking for someone AI-native who actively uses AI for:
- Research
- Campaign creation
- Sales enablement
- Workflow automation
- Content repurposing
- Competitive analysis
Bring your own workflows, tools, and experimentation mindset.
Within your first 90 days, we expect:
- Clear ICP messaging
- Proof-led landing pages
- Sales-ready pilot assets
- Tested outbound campaigns
- Demo enablement assets
- Partner demo kit v1
- A/B testing cadence
- Marketing performance tracking
- Recommendations on scalable segments and campaigns
- Have experience in B2B SaaS, AI, fleet, IoT, logistics, telematics, or complex B2B technology
- Can write strong copy and positioning
- Understand both product marketing and demand generation
- Work closely with sales and revenue teams
- Think in experiments and measurable outcomes
- Use AI daily to accelerate execution
- Can simplify technical concepts for business buyers
- Are comfortable building in ambiguity
Fleet experience is helpful but not mandatory.
This is not:
- A pure content role
- An agency coordination role
- A brand-awareness-only position
- A low-accountability marketing role
This role is about building the commercial engine behind the product.
Strong candidates may have experience in:

BenefitsCompensation Range (GTA Benchmark)
- 2–4 years: CAD 80K–105K
- 5–7 years: CAD 110K–145K+
