The Team

The founders, Catheryn and Zach, met while running software teams at YC, where they shipped new products for YC founders, including YC's co-founder matching site. Cat previously worked at Instagram and Facebook and earned degrees in math and computer science at MIT. Zach studied computer science and statistics at U Chicago and led software at PEAK6.

About the Role

We're looking for a GTM Ops hire to join us in person in SF and build the operating system behind our go-to-market motion.

This is not a strategy-only role. You'll work directly with Cat and the GTM team to make our sales and marketing engine faster, cleaner, and more measurable. You will own the systems, workflows, data, reporting, and automation that help our SDRs, AEs, and marketing experiments turn into repeatable pipeline.

The ideal person is analytical, high-agency, and excited to do hands-on work in a messy early-stage environment. You should be comfortable going from a spreadsheet to a CRM workflow to a weekly pipeline dashboard without waiting for perfect instructions.

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain the GTM systems behind outbound, inbound, and marketing experiments.

  • Own CRM hygiene, lead routing, enrichment, segmentation, attribution, and reporting.

  • Partner with SDRs and AEs to make prospecting faster, cleaner, and more personalized.

  • Partner with marketing to launch campaigns, track performance, and decide what to double down on.

  • Create dashboards and operating cadences for pipeline, conversion, source quality, and campaign impact.

  • Identify manual GTM workflows that should be automated, then build lightweight solutions.

  • Help define ICP, TAM, account tiers, and target lists for priority verticals.

  • Turn ambiguous GTM problems into clear processes the team can run every week.

What You'll Need
  • 1+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, GTM ops, revenue ops, marketing ops, growth, sales ops, or a related analytical role.

  • Strong analytical instincts and comfort working with messy data.

  • Experience working with sales, marketing, growth, revenue, or leadership teams.

  • Comfort with spreadsheets and GTM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, Zapier, Airtable, or similar systems.

  • Ability to build dashboards, workflows, or lightweight automations yourself.

  • Clear communication and strong judgment around what matters for pipeline and revenue.

  • High personal agency: you do not wait for perfect instructions before making progress.

  • Excitement to work in person from our SF office.

Nice to Have
  • Experience at an early-stage startup or high-growth company.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, developer tools, or technical products.

  • Experience with SQL, scripting, APIs, enrichment tools, or no-code automation.

  • Experience supporting outbound sales, demand generation, ABM, or campaign operations.

  • Consulting experience where you worked on GTM, growth, commercial strategy, or operations projects.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity

  • Employee-friendly equity terms

  • An office located in SF

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Free lunch and dinner at the office

  • Free Ubers home after 8:30pm

  • Regular team events and offsites

If you're excited to build the GTM operating system behind a fast-growing AI startup, we'd love to chat.
