We're bringing together exceptional talent to solve complex problems and make the digital world safer.

Why Join Us?

  • Ownership and impact: Take meaningful ownership, move quickly, and directly influence how we build and scale.

  • Cutting-edge innovation: Help build the teams shaping the future of AI-powered risk decisioning.

Role Overview

We're looking for a GTM Recruiter who knows how to find exceptional talent before that talent starts looking.

You'll own full-cycle recruiting across our go-to-market organization, partnering closely with leaders in Sales, Business Development (BD), Sales Engineering, Forward Deployment Engineering, Technical Account Management (TAM), Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.

This is a high-impact, sourcing-first role for someone who thrives on building pipelines from scratch, engaging hard-to-reach candidates, and closing competitive searches. You'll work closely with senior leadership and play a direct role in building the teams behind Oscilar's next stage of growth.

We don't want someone who waits for applications. We want a recruiter who knows where great talent is, how to get their attention, and how to turn those conversations into hires.

What You'll Do
  • Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM functions, from sourcing strategy through offer acceptance.

  • Build talent pipelines from the ground up through market mapping, targeted research, creative outreach, and proactive sourcing.

  • Identify, engage, and close high-caliber passive candidates in competitive talent markets.

  • Partner directly with GTM leaders to define hiring needs, calibrate talent profiles, and develop effective search strategies.

  • Deliver a thoughtful, efficient candidate experience while managing complex interview processes and offer negotiations.

  • Develop repeatable sourcing strategies and talent networks that support immediate hiring priorities and long-term growth.

  • Measure and improve recruiting outcomes, with particular emphasis on self-sourced hires, pipeline quality, hiring velocity, and quality of hire.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise technology.

  • A demonstrated track record of personally sourcing and closing exceptional candidates, supported by measurable outbound recruiting results.

  • Strong experience independently building candidate pipelines for competitive or difficult-to-fill roles.

  • Experience recruiting across GTM functions such as Sales, Business Development, Sales Engineering, Forward Deployment Engineering, TAM, Marketing, Partnerships, or Revenue Operations.

  • Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and personalized outbound engagement.

  • Excellent judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches and deliver results independently.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience scaling recruiting at a venture-backed technology company.

  • Familiarity with fintech, fraud prevention, payments, identity, or financial-services technology.

  • Experience recruiting specialized technical GTM talent, including Sales Engineers, Forward Deployment Engineers, and Technical Account Managers.

  • Experience partnering directly with senior GTM executives and developing scalable sourcing practices.

What Success Looks Like
  • Self-sourced hires are a consistent, meaningful driver of your results, rather than relying primarily on applicants or referrals.

  • You independently build strong, qualified pipelines across priority GTM searches.

  • You consistently deliver high-quality hires for challenging roles without sacrificing speed or candidate experience.

  • GTM leaders trust your recruiting judgment, market intelligence, and ability to execute.

  • Your sourcing strategies create lasting value and strengthen Oscilar's ability to attract exceptional talent.

Benefits & Perks
  • Competitive compensation: Salary, equity, and 401(k).

  • Flexibility: Remote-first culture.

  • Comprehensive healthcare: 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents (US).

  • Work-life balance: Unlimited PTO.

  • Culture: Family-friendly environment, regular team events, and offsites.

  • Meaningful impact: Help build the company protecting digital transactions and making the internet safer.
