Who you are:

  • 2+ years of GTM recruiting experience at a product-driven company or agency supporting SaaS clients, ideally in a high-growth environment

  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing high-quality candidates from entry to senior level

  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Workable)

  • Catered lunches

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance with 100% coverage for employees

  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave
