About the role:

We're looking for a high agency GTM Sourcer to help scale our elite Sales & Marketing teams. You'll work closely with the hiring team to identify and engage exceptional talent in one of the most competitive markets.

We’re looking for someone with strong sourcing instincts, deep familiarity with GTM profiles, and an eagerness to collaborate closely across functions to shape a best-in-class hiring experience.

This role is based in San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA

What you'll do:
  • Partner with hiring managers to define roles and come up with creative sourcing strategies to attract talent in this hyper-competitive environment

  • Research, identify, and engage top-tier talent across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, etc.

  • Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach to generate interest and pipeline quality candidates.

  • Conduct initial screens and articulate compelling narratives that reflect Braintrust’s mission and career opportunities

  • Provide weekly updates on sourcing progress, market insights, and candidate funnel health to recruiters and hiring teams

Ideal candidate credentials
  • 3+ years of GTM sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally in early-stage startup environments

  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing

  • Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, X

  • Excellent communication and outreach skills, able to get the attention of top talent

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
