📐 About the role

As a go-to-market sourcer at WRITER, you'll be the driving force behind building our world-class go-to-market organization. You'll own the top-of-funnel talent pipeline for critical sales-adjacent functions, including sales, delivery/customer success, partnerships, solutions architect teams. This is an outsized impact opportunity to shape the future of our GTM team as we scale rapidly to bring our enterprise generative AI platform to customers globally.

You'll partner deeply with hiring managers and recruiting leads to define role requirements, craft compelling outreach strategies, and engage top-tier passive and active candidates. By leveraging data-driven metrics and innovative sourcing tools, you'll ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience while keeping hiring velocity aligned with our aggressive revenue targets.

This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco, Chicago, and New York City hubs.

🦸🏻‍♀️ What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end sourcing strategy for GTM roles across sales and delivery/customer sucess

  • Build and maintain robust, diverse talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques across platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized networks, and niche communities

  • Partner directly with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and translate them into highly effective, targeted outreach campaigns

  • Drive data-backed improvements to the recruitment process by tracking pipeline health, conversion rates, and sourcing ROI

  • Craft compelling, personalized messaging that resonates with top talent and clearly articulates WRITER's mission and value proposition

  • Shape the candidate experience from initial contact through the mid-interview stages, ensuring every interaction reflects our relationship-first hiring approach

  • Lead market mapping and talent intelligence initiatives to advise GTM leadership on compensation trends, talent availability, and competitive landscapes

⭐️ What you need

  • 3+ years of dedicated sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Go-To-Market, Sales, or customer success roles in a high-growth SaaS or AI environment

  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, engaging, and converting passive talent for competitive, high-impact positions

  • Deep expertise with modern sourcing tools and ATS platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Metaview, Ashby) and a data-driven approach to pipeline management

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft authentic, engaging outreach that stands out to top-tier candidates

  • Strong consultative skills to effectively partner with and advise hiring managers and GTM leadership

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining a high bar for quality and candidate experience
