Own post-sales GTM and revenue operations, including onboarding, implementation, handoffs, activation, usage, retention, expansion, and customer health. Analyze customer and FDAE performance data, identify risks and opportunities, build repeatable playbooks, improve operational processes, and deliver leadership reporting and recommendations. Partner with launch, post-sales, CX, and data teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
The summary above was generated by AI

Monaco is building an AI-native revenue platform that replaces the fragmented GTM stack - CRM, sequencing, call recording, enrichment, pipeline management with one unified system, consolidating 6–10 disconnected tools into a single platform built for the AI era.

We launched publicly in Feb 2026, are already 65 people, and have strong early product-market fit generating millions in ARR within months of launch. You'll have the chance to both scale our core systems and build new features from 0 to 1.

We've raised $85M in our Series B from Founders Fund, Benchmark, and Human Capital, and our founders previously led Brex, Apollo, and Clari.

Come join us if you want to be part of a high autonomy, high pace team reinventing one of the biggest categories in enterprise software.

The Role

You'll own post-sales operations at Monaco and be the strategic partner to our launch operations and FDAE (post-sales) teams. This is a senior RevOps hire with a post-sales focus: you run the operational machinery that gets customers from signature to value, and you use data to tell leadership what's actually driving retention and expansion in a usage-based business and how to implement it.

What You'll Do
  • Own GTM operations end to end for launch operations and post-sales: onboarding, implementation, sales-to-post-sales handoff, time-to-value, and the systems and processes the teams run on

  • Find where customers stall in onboarding, fix the process, and measure the impact on activation and usage

  • Identify what our top customers have in common and turn it into playbooks the whole team runs

  • Grow usage-based revenue with the post-sales team: model consumption, spot expansion and at-risk signals early, and build the motions that act on them

  • Drive the post-sales analytics with our data team: dig into activation, usage, customer health, expansion, churn, and FDAE productivity, and turn what you find into decisions

  • Partner with launch, FDAE (post-sales), and CX leaders on operational projects and drive them to completion

  • Run leadership-level reporting and planning on retention, expansion, and net revenue

  • Be the person who spots the problem in the numbers before anyone else does, and brings a recommendation, not just a chart

Who We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 2 - 4 years at a top-tier investment bank, management consulting, PE, or VC followed by 2+ years in a GTM, RevOps, or BizOps role at an early-stage startup

  • Exceptional with data: fluent in SQL and spreadsheets, comfortable building models from scratch, and able to explain the answer to a sales leader in one sentence

  • Strong instincts for what makes customers succeed, or the analytical horsepower to find it fast

  • Thrive with autonomy in a high-velocity environment where priorities shift weekly

Strong Pluses

  • You've run post-sales or CX operations before: onboarding, implementation, health scoring, and renewals

  • Experience growing revenue in a usage-based or hybrid pricing model

  • Experience at a B2B early stage startup

  • Track record of turning standout customer outcomes into a repeatable playbook
