We are not just creating a product; we are creating empowered educators and engaged parents to improve the lives of all students.  We are passionate advocates for our  customers and for our employees and we invite you to join us on this exciting journey.

Who we’re looking for:

ParentSquare is scaling quickly, and our GTM systems, data, and architectural needs are scaling right along with us. As our GTM Systems & Data Manager, you’ll own the backbone of how Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Deal Desk, and Finance operate: CRM, integrations, GTM systems, and the data and automation that tie everything together.

You will bring structure, clarity, and technical leadership to a team that is operational but in need of stronger data governance, better architectural planning, and an owner who can help us scale our systems with intention.

Critically, this role will help ParentSquare evolve from reactive GTM operations to intelligent, insight-driven operations using AI, automation, and strong data foundations to surface risk, prioritize action, and reduce manual burden across teams.

You will be the people leader and technical manager for our GTM Systems Architect, ensuring clear direction, a cohesive roadmap, and support to build scalable, flexible, and well-governed systems. You will also have individual contributor responsibilities.

Most importantly, you’re someone who shares in our passion for improving the lives of students through communication.

This role will include:
  • CRM Ownership & GTM Systems Architecture
  • Design scalable data structures, objects, workflows, and automation aligned to current and future GTM strategies
  • Lead the GTM-wide systems roadmap with the Systems Architect
  • Oversee governance and configuration across HubSpot and connected GTM tools
  • Architect systems with AI-readiness in mind, ensuring data structures, lifecycle logic, and signals can support intelligent automation and future AI use cases
Data Governance & Reporting Foundations
  • Build and maintain a data governance framework spanning lifecycle stages, routing, ARR mechanics, property standards, deduplication, enrichment, and hygiene
  • Create data models and naming conventions that support accurate, scalable reporting across HubSpot and downstream BI tools
  • Establish trusted data foundations that enable AI-driven insights, forecasting support, and automated decisioning
AI Experimentation & Operationalization
  • Own the AI roadmap for GTM systems, including HubSpot AI and native AI capabilities in connected tools
  • Partner with internal AI teams to evaluate and integrate new AI capabilities
  • Build AI-driven automations to improve routing, forecasting hygiene, lifecycle transitions, and data quality
  • Translate AI capabilities into real operational leverage, reducing manual work, surfacing risk earlier, and improving prioritization for GTM teams
  • Work within and help set up guardrails for responsible AI usage, including explainability, auditability, and data trust
GTM Process & Revenue Model Enablement
  • Architect lifecycle automation, routing, attribution, and pipeline mechanics that reflect real-world GTM behavior
  • Improve forecasting hygiene through predictable data flows and clear system logic
  • Partner with Sales, CS, Marketing, and RevOps peers to strengthen process discipline and reporting accuracy
  • Use AI and system signals to proactively identify breakdowns in process, pipeline risk, and execution gaps
Technical Leadership & People Management
  • Manage and develop the GTM Systems Architect, providing prioritization, feedback, and technical oversight
  • Establish documentation standards and reduce reliance on tribal knowledge
  • Collaborate with the Manager of GTM Operations to support a structured intake → prioritization → execution workflow
  • Coach team members on system architecture, data quality, scalable process design, and how to responsibly leverage AI within GTM workflows
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
  • 8+ years in RevOps, GTM systems, sales operations, or technical operations
  • Deep HubSpot expertise (architecture, objects, workflows, datasets, governance, reporting)
  • Experience leading or mentoring a technical contributor
  • Hands-on experience with AI in HubSpot, Google Workspace, or GTM platforms (or strong desire to learn quickly)
  • Strong background in data modeling, naming conventions, and property governance
  • Experience with integrations/APIs and multi-system dependencies, and GTM tools
  • Familiarity with CPQ, billing, pricing, or product packaging logic
  • Strong cross-functional partnership and communication skills
  • Ability to think architecturally about how AI, automation, and data systems work together to drive better GTM outcomes, not just implement tools

The perks of working for us are great!

You’ll get your foot in the door as our company continues to grow. We’re big believers in work-life balance and provide:

  • Employer-paid health insurance (including dependent coverage)
  • An employer-matched 401K retirement savings program from day 1
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Stock options
  • Health + wellness reimbursements
  • PTO that increases each year
  • 16 paid holidays, including your birthday!

As a fully remote team, we’ll make sure you have all the tools and equipment you need to make your home office a place where you can thrive.

We're an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.

The salary range for this role will be $140,000- $180,000
