About incident.io

incident.io is the leading AI incident response platform, built to help teams dramatically reduce incident response time and improve reliability. We bring together on-call, incident response, AI SRE, and status pages in a single platform, giving teams everything they need to respond quickly, reduce downtime, and keep customers in the loop.

Since launching in 2021, we’ve helped over 1,500 companies, including Netflix, Airbnb, and Block, run more than 500,000 incidents. Every month, tens of thousands of responders across Engineering, Product, and Support use incident.io to restore services faster, stay aligned under pressure, and focus on building what matters.

We’re a fast-growing, highly ambitious team that cares deeply about our customers, product quality, and making it magic. We’ve raised $100M from Index Ventures, Insight Partners, and Point Nine, alongside founders and executives from world-class technology companies.

The Team

Revenue Operations at incident.io is a small, high-impact team that partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive revenue growth and improve GTM productivity.

As Head of GTM Systems & Applied AI, you'll lead the evolution of our go-to-market infrastructure from a traditional systems function into an AI-powered operating engine. We treat our GTM stack like a product, our revenue teams as the customer, and automation and AI as the default way to solve problems that used to require manual work.

You'll partner with GTM leaders and Applied AI engineers to design the systems, workflows, and intelligence layer that power how we generate pipeline and scale revenue. If successful, you'll define the future of GTM systems at incident.io and build a team around you as we grow.

What you’ll be doing
  • Own and evolve our AI-powered GTM tech stack (CRM, enrichment, sequencing, agent orchestration), ensuring systems stay lean, integrated, and aligned with GTM strategy.

  • Identify and eliminate manual work across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success by mapping workflows and automating repetitive tasks like prospect research, signal detection, and outreach preparation.

  • Build AI into the flow of work, surfacing the right signals, recommendations, and actions directly within existing tools.

  • Design and deploy AI agents and automation workflows that help revenue teams prioritize outreach, generate pipeline, and act on customer signals.

  • Operate the GTM stack like a product, running experiments, creating feedback loops, and continuously improving productivity across the revenue org.

  • Evaluate build vs. buy decisions for new tools and automation, balancing speed, reliability, and long-term leverage.

What you need to be successful
  • A builder's mindset, with experience creating automation or AI-driven workflows in revenue, growth, or GTM environments.

  • Technical fluency, comfortable integrating systems, building workflows, and working with modern GTM and automation tools.

  • A product mindset, focusing on user problems, feedback loops, and measurable improvements rather than one-off configurations.

  • Entrepreneurial ownership, able to define direction, move quickly, and ship solutions independently.

  • Strong judgment on build vs. buy, knowing when custom solutions create leverage and when existing tools are the better option.

  • Excellent communication, able to work effectively with revenue leaders, operators, and engineers.

What we offer:

We’re building a place where great people can do their best work—and that means looking after you and your family with benefits that support health and personal growth.

  • Market leading private medical insurance

  • Generous parental leave

  • First Friday of the month off

  • Generous annual leave/PTO allowance
