Who We Are

Endex builds AI agents that handle complex, end-to-end work for the world's most demanding teams. Today we're deployed across leading financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies, embedded in the tools and workflows they rely on. We operate at the frontier of agentic knowledge work, partnering closely with top AI research labs and backed by the OpenAI Startup Fund. We're on a mission to build the most capable digital coworker in the world.

About the Role

Location: New York City (Primary), Denver, Chicago, Singapore (APAC), London, San Francisco, Austin, Los Angeles
Commitment: 5 Days In-Person

We're looking for someone who wants to help build the commercial motion wherever the next bottleneck appears. You should be comfortable doing the research, running the process and following through on the details.

As a GTM Generalist at Endex, you'll take on projects across prospecting, sales operations and partnerships. You'll work with the commercial team on the work that falls between established roles, turning a loosely defined need into a useful result and handing off repeatable work as it develops.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Next Commercial Problem: Scope an emerging sales or partnerships need with a clear outcome, decision owner and deadline.

  • Build Account Context: Research customers, markets and partners to support better conversations and decisions.

  • Run Focused GTM Experiments: Test a new segment, campaign or partner motion with specific hypotheses and a practical measurement plan.

  • Make Useful Work Repeatable: Turn successful experiments into playbooks and hand them to the team best placed to run them.

  • Keep Work Moving: Track commitments, surface blockers and make sure cross-functional projects reach a decision.

What We're Looking For

  • Broad Commercial Instinct: You understand how research, relationships and execution contribute to revenue.

  • Resourceful Builder: You can start with incomplete information and find a practical way forward.

  • Clear Communicator: You write useful summaries and make next steps easy to understand.

  • Strong Follow-Through: You close loops and keep a project organized without constant oversight.

  • High-Agency Execution: You can learn a product, investigate a market and deliver a useful result without needing a detailed playbook for every task.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in an early-stage commercial or business operations role

  • Comfort using CRM tools and spreadsheets to investigate a problem

  • Experience supporting enterprise sales or partnerships

Full-Time Benefits

  • Health & Dental Insurance

  • Monthly Wellness Stipend
