The Customer Success Engineer will provide support, configuration, and training on GXP products, troubleshoot issues, and conduct customer presentations.
Job Description
The Customer Success (CS) team at GXP is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Engineer to provide customer engaging support, configuration and training for our Geospatial eXploitation Products (GXP) Platform, desktop applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with our desktop solution, SOCET GXP, and a proven track record of explaining complex photogrammetric workflows, including triangulation, terrain generation and editing, feature extraction, ortho production, DPPDB, and CIB workflows.
As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for providing engagement with customers, technical support, training to customers, troubleshooting and documenting technical issues, and collaborating with the engineering team to resolve problems and implement enhancements. Additionally, you will document customer interactions using Sales Force and report bugs and ideas in Azure Dev Ops (ADO).
The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including software team members, product managers, and customers, to develop, integrate, and configure GXP applications. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills, allowing them to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with Sales Force and Azure Dev Ops (ADO) is a plus. If you are a self-motivated, customer-focused individual with a passion for geospatial technology, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and the nature of this particular role, it will be performed fulltime on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems customer facility 100% of the time.
