Compensation: High-Yield Commission (Uncapped) + Overrides

The Vision

We are seeking established industry experts to expand our footprint within commercial gyms, boutique studios, and medical wellness facilities.

The Opportunity

As a Strategic Sales Partner, you will operate with the autonomy of a business owner. This is an ideal opportunity for an established sales professional or agency looking to add a premium, tech-forward equipment line to their portfolio. You will manage the full sales lifecycle, acting as a consultant to help facilities optimize their space with our data-driven training solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sector Expansion: Cultivate and manage a book of business across the commercial fitness and physical therapy markets.
  • Consultative Demonstrations: Conduct high-level product presentations (virtual and in-person) for clinic directors, gym owners, and procurement teams.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify and penetrate niche markets, including corporate wellness, high-end hospitality, and sports medicine clinics.
  • Territory Management: Independently forecast and track the lifecycle of high-value accounts using CRM tools.

Commission Structure

Our structure is designed to reward top-tier producers with a focus on long-term growth and territory leadership.

Direct Sales Commission: 18%, earned on all closed-won equipment contracts.

Override Commission: 2%, earned on regional performance or designated team-led initiatives.

  • Uncapped Earning Potential: No ceilings or restrictive tiers; your income is a direct reflection of your impact.

Professional Competencies

We are looking for Sales pros who bring a pre-existing network and a sophisticated understanding of both the fitness and clinical landscapes.

  • Sector Expertise: Proven track record selling commercial fitness hardware or medical/rehabilitation equipment.
  • Established Network: Deep list of existing relationships with gym owners, physical therapy directors, or developers.
  • Technical Fluency: Ability to articulate the value of "Connected Fitness" and biometric data to both trainers and clinical professionals.
  • Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to manage a multi-state or regional territory without daily oversight.
  • Field Presence: Willingness to represent Xo-Trainer at major trade shows, medical conferences, and on-site facility consultations.
