As an HCM Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their HR and workforce management needs, analyze existing processes, and deliver tailored HCM solutions that enhance employee engagement, streamline HR operations, and support organizational growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with both business and technical teams to ensure seamless deployments and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HCM Consultant or in a related HR technology role.
- Experience with popular HCM platforms and software such as Sage Payroll, Sage HRMS, ADP, WorkforceGo, and Criterion
- Strong understanding of human resources processes, including talent acquisition, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective HCM solutions.
