Head of AI, North America

The Head of AI, North America will lead the creation, adoption, and scaling of AI-driven capabilities across our creative, UX/UI, product, and digital marketing disciplines. This leader will define our AI vision, drive experimentation and productization of GenAI tools, elevate client work through automation and intelligence, and shape how AI transforms agency operations and creative output.

You will partner with executive leadership, clients, technology teams, and creative leaders to embed AI into product design, content creation, marketing performance, employee experience, resource planning, and new business. This is both a strategic and hands-on role—ideal for someone who can balance innovation, rigor, and empathy in a fast-paced creative environment.

  • Partner with experience design, creative, strategy and production teams to accelerate workflows, ideation, artifact generation, user research synthesis, and usability insights.
  • Develop GenAI-based tools and frameworks to expand creative exploration and design variability.
  • Champion responsible AI usage in creative and content pipelines.
  • Identify ways in which AI can responsibly contribute to scaling insights and research

AI for Digital Marketing & Performance

  • Build data-driven AI models for audience targeting, attribution, optimization, forecasting, and media performance.
  • Unify data across platforms like GA4, Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Salesforce, BigQuery, and Looker to power predictive insights.

  • Lead the design and implementation of AI tooling, including model orchestration, prompt frameworks, vector search, and internal AI agents.
  • Ensure secure, responsible use of client data and proprietary assets in AI workflows.
  • Establish and evolve governance for model usage, data handling, and content quality aligned with Infosys requirements.
