About The Role

We're looking for a strategic and execution-focused Head of AI Product-Led Growth to lead this transformation. You’ll own the full PLG motion—from product strategy to in-product growth loops to collaboration with marketing on top-of-funnel and activation levers. You’ll lead a team focused on building delightful user experiences that turn sign-ups into loyal power users, and ultimately, enterprise champions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the PLG vision and strategy across product, design, marketing, and engineering.
• Own acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion metrics for the self-serve product motion.
• Design scalable frameworks to improve user onboarding, verticalized examples, and time-to-value

• Drive a team of dedicated cross functional resources that includes product manager, growth marketer, community manager and an engineering pod
• Champion fast, iterative experimentation cycles—understanding what's working, doubling down on wins, and learning quickly from failures.

• Build deep empathy for our core user base of data analysts and adjacent roles (finance, operations, marketing).
• Maintain close contact with end users via interviews, feedback loops, and hands-on product usage.
• Ensure the voice of the user is central in roadmap decisions and growth experiments.

• 8+ years in product or growth leadership roles, with a track record of driving PLG adoption in technical SaaS or AI companies.
• Deep understanding of product-led growth mechanics (activation funnels, virality, self-serve monetization).
• Experience managing and scaling high-performing cross-functional product or growth teams.
• Familiarity with the modern data stack or AI developer tools (e.g., dbt, Hex, Replit, Sigma, Monte Carlo).
• Strategic thinker with a bias toward action; excels in zero-to-one environments and thrives on ownership.
• Strong product intuition with hands-on experience using tools like Amplitude, Figma, and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills; able to represent product strategy to executives and align stakeholders across functions.

• Experience in a fast-growing AI startup or building AI-assisted user workflows.
• Hands-on familiarity with tools used by data analysts (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Looker).
  Strong storytelling and product marketing instincts with an ability to connect product capabilities to customer value.
• Design-minded with an appreciation for crafting delightful UX and well-branded onboarding flows.
