Lead B2B marketing for enterprise buyers: set positioning and messaging, build defensible proof (case studies, outcomes, clinical/actuarial assets), enable brokers/consultants, arm Sales with materials, run demand and member-engagement campaigns, and establish the early playbook and foundation for a future marketing team. Hands-on, founder-style role focused on credibility and execution.

Superpower is building a new personalized health system aimed to enhance human life: powered by comprehensive biomarker and diagnostic testing, personalized insights, action plans, and a clinical care team, delivered as a population health and wellbeing benefit.

This is the founding product marketing hire, and it is a builder's role, not a manager's. The hard part is not running campaigns or a team. It is making a complex clinical and commercial product legible and compelling to sophisticated buyers who evaluate rigorously. You own how we position Superpower, how we package it, and how we prove it. If you get that right, everything downstream of it gets easier.

You will work zero to one: writing the positioning yourself, sitting in the customer and member data, shaping packaging with Product, and building the proof and content that Sales and the channel run on. You set the strategy and you do the work.

What you'll do

  • Own positioning and messaging for employers, health plans, brokers, and consultants. Make Superpower legible to a benefits buyer in their own language, and sharp against the alternatives.

  • Build the proof engine: case studies, outcomes narratives, and credibility assets that hold up to clinical and actuarial scrutiny.

  • Own packaging and pricing narrative in partnership with Product and commercial leadership: how we structure, name, and present what we sell.

  • Be the voice of the customer. Sit in member and client data and insight, and feed it back into positioning, packaging, and the product roadmap.

  • Build the content strategy and the enablement that closes: decks, one-pagers, objection handling, and category framing for Sales and the channel.

  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Client Success. You see positioning, product, and the sales motion as one system.

Who you are

  • 6+ years in product marketing or customer marketing, with real 0-to-1 ownership of positioning, packaging, and launch for a complex, high-consideration product.

  • A genuine craft-deep IC. You write the positioning, build the deck, and ship the content yourself. You are not looking to manage a team right now, you are looking to do the best work of your career hands-on.

  • A storyteller who is also rigorous with data. You can build a sharp narrative and an honest, defensible proof story from real-world evidence. At the same time you push the market on new approaches and reimagining what healthcare should look like.

  • Healthcare, benefits, or adjacent complex B2B experience strongly preferred. You understand how benefits get bought and the role consultants play.

  • Entrepreneurial, fast, comfortable in ambiguity. Strong bias to action, you ship before things are perfect.

Why join Superpower

  • The founding product marketing hire. You define how we position, package, and prove Superpower to the enterprise market, the foundation everything else is built on.

  • A category-defining problem: building the credibility layer for proactive, preventive health as an employer benefit.

  • A team of ex-founders, YC alumni, and mission-driven builders operating at the edge of speed and ambition. Few titles, real ownership, fast decisions.

  • Competitive salary and equity in a company scaling toward generational impact.
